Well of course he'd like it. His game also shipped missing half a game. I say that as someone that really enjoyed KCD but I mean its obvious he too messed up pretty bad through that games development as well.
And the DLC was just a pure scam. But KCD was still better than your average Todd game its just that Warhorse could have done a lot more to have communicated the game they were actually going to ship. Same mistake happened with Cyberpunk.
Its that reliance on the hype train and that failure in post-shipping that is causing degradation to the games industry.

Only a matter of time before they all realise how nonviable it is in the long term, Bethesda learned it the hard way.

...aaand in the list of retarded decisions made by the CDPRvdevelopers/management, why not add the fact that showing the characters always wearing underwears in mirrors and photo mode is deliberate and not a bug?

So what was the point of adding the option to customize the crotch area?

It's a troll feature/PR move. Do you remember that news pieces were running about this feature for weeks. THAT was the purpose of it.

yup, GTA became famous overnight because of Hot Coffe which sent them into a stratosphere unlike any other game. GTA 3 and Vice City were great games but they didn't sold anything like San Andreas. If CDPR could replicate even small part of that it would instantly multiply their sales.

They failed. Seems like this is first AAA game to include full frontal nudity and media didn't even blip. It seems like they checked barrier and saw that there is nothing there anymore. I full expect more games from now including full frontal and outright penetration sex.

A joke, clearly.
Or trolling their cutsomers...

Unless what lies between the legs had some C&C, like being turned down by 'straight' NPCs during romances. Just imagine the ruckus it would cause today in certain circles... :smug:

It's bait and switch, yes.

I'm not even sure Johnny Silverhand comments on any of your romantic escapades, although I suppose he should, given he's basically part of it. No matter what he'd say, someone would be offended.

Porn actress playing hyperpunk? what is this sorcery? O_O Must felt ackward going through the joytoy and "doll" quest lines in the game :x or maybe not

anyways.

I expect CDPR to go full fixer mode now. They are gonna go knee deep into this and give it the "no man's buy" treatment. They cannot afford to not fix this game, because it will permanently destroy whatever reputation they have left atm.

So yeah 6 months-1 year down the line for the FULL ULTIMATE DIRECTORS ++++ DLC fixed version + the best mods should probably be quite a decent game.

See you in 1 year, booooysss!111 :X

I don’t care what some enlightened centre right pundit has to say. Vávra can suck a cock. Bitterspunk 2069 is still a buggy mess and being released on 9 consoles is not an excuse. Hey geniuses, how about.... you know.... NOT RELEASING YOUR SHIT ON 9 CONSOLES?!

Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire
In the begining I wasnt really feeling for this game, the combat was clunky and I was mostly farming for street creeds on NCPD hotspots and doing side gigs after the biochip main mission. In the beginning, the side gigs were just a bunch of smalll side gigs, rescue ripper doc from gangers, rescue ganger from his ex gang, kill cyberpsycho, I was really afraid most of those missions would be just Ubisoft bs (NCPD hotspots are just Ubisoft bs), I was finding it okay at best, just cyber GTA until I got the more interesting gigs. I got a gig where I needed to kill the owner of a club, I imagined it would be just a fairly simple mission and blast a few gangster and be done like the ones before until I decided to make a few tests.

It was a two floor club where the target was on the second floor. In the beginning, I was thinking about just go guns blazing until I saw a side gate, got in there and got on a stairs up on a nearby building. There was a door in there where I could use technical ability to open but as I didnt have enough technical ability, I was thinking that I had no choice. Until I noticed, the club building was reasonably close to the building I was, so I jumped from the building I was into the roof of the nearby club. I headshot a guard in the balcony, then I realized I was right on the bedroom of the target, killed him and then it was mission over, if I wanted, I could leave the club and end the mission but I decided to just shoot the rest of the gangers and loot their shit. I'm not sure but that door I couldnt open on the nearby building, I bet I could go through there and one tap the target without even getting inside the club through his window. It was a nice level, sure, it is no sandbox Deus Ex or Dishonored level but it was in there that I realized the game wasnt just cyber GTA and it was actually a little incline from the overwhelming cutscene ridden main missions.

It was a pretty detailed little level for an open world game, if it was GTA, it would be just a shooting gallery from start to finish with scripted shit all over it and if you deviated a single bit from the path, it was mission over. This wasnt the only mission that offered multiple access routes but some smaller missions end so quickly that you barely notice if you go to eliminate the targets on a lethal way. Far more annoying than the pedestrian ai is the enemy ai, I grabbed a guy right in front of his dude and I just dragged him into the room behind me and he didnt get hostile immediately, WTF. It was a nice little incline on the middle of alot of popamole.
If the mission is in Kabuki, I know the one. I found an alternate way to get in through the balcony, if you first scale a neighboring building and jump from one air conditioner to the other until you reach the place. You can actually zip the guy as he watches through the second floor window, without ever entering the building.

Guess that's the mission I've tried yesterday at level 4 (was displayed as Hard then, I think, now Normal at level 5). Playing on Hard.
Reloaded countless times. Guess I'm a sucker and I need to explore a lot more.
Okay, 3-5 baddies in the courtyard, no problem... Except actually beating them took me a long while. Still in Combat mode, can't save. Okay, lets see inside. Ground floor.. oh boy, another 5 goons or so?
Whoa, made it! First floor.. yet ANOTHER 5 gangsters or so? I'm so fucked. Not sure how, but I did it. Nearly running out of ammo for rifles, snipers and shotties. 2nd floor... you've got to be kidding me! More goons? Okay, game over... some 1,5h lost with no save...

Edit: Not that I mind. It was quite... intense. But I'll go back when my char is a little stronger.
And the combat lethality is really nice in this game... at least on Hard and above.

Who's he/she/it ??????

Made Kingdom Come: Deliverance, a really good open world game.

Told SJWs to fuck off.

Been waiting forever to try it, does it work on PC.
Last I heard was same mess as Cyberpunk in terms of bugs.

Fully patched, KCD has crashes to desktop, broken quests (including the main quest) in addition of a retarded save system that will make you lose hours of game time, alt tab in/out makes you lose sound, etc, etc ...

Never had this kind of issue with CP 2077.
Had a fair few technical issues (especially at launch), but across 170~ approx hours of KCD I never once had a crash-to-desktop. Most of the broken/buggy quests I experienced were also towards the end of the main quest. Save system is what it is, easily fixable with mods if it bothers anybody. Never had a problem with alt-tabbing and audio, play in borderless windowed like a normal person.

Vávra is a bro who can create great games and can also realize when a game is great (even if buggy). What a surprise...
He's a retarded fucking nazi shit you hungarian cock mongler.
Real fixing of the game would mean taking it from looter shooter into an immersive sim with an appropriate cyberpunk atmosphere. This would require a rebalance of loot and stats from the ground up, clearing of all the trash combat encounters from the map, swapping the premises for much of the remaining gigs/side missions so it's more "morally grey" and less "Baldur's Gate". In addition, the atmosphere may benefit from a change in the day/night cycle so the world never looks brighter than what it does around 5-6 PM, while you are in the city, maybe keep the current day lighting for when the player is outside the city.

Most of these can be done with modding, if there are dedicated people to mod.
I see we have gone from snorting lines of crystal copium to the usual mods will fix it cope. Spoiler alert, they never fix games.

the pessimist in me tells me they are just going to fix bugs as good as they can and then move on to cyberpunk multiplayer and witcher 4 because that's where the big bux are.
i mean if they were willing to release a game that was obviously still in the middle of development just to not miss the christmas sales, what makes you think they still give a fuck about their reputation now that they are a mainstream AAA dev that can fool normies with one good cgi trailer?

i'm telling you as soon as they release a cg trailer for witcher 4 with sexy ciri as the protag consoomers will again be beyond hyped and nobody will care about cyberpunk anymore.

Does anyone know what that "rent overdue" message, coupled to an eviction threat, on your apartment computer means? Some conversation I missed? Phishing? Leftover stuff from unrealized content?

Given how evictions work in this game - my V processed a few - they are rather terminal.

I'm 40 hours in. Act II (lots of side content done, though).

The game is amazing. There's been so much chatter about how 'disastrous' the release has been, and I'm just here, trying to get my fuck on with Panam. A few visual bugs, a few reloads, no crashes, solid performance, great storytelling, great characters, great dialogue. The vast, vast majority of the dialogue I've seen so far is just properly good. A few snippets of clunk, but I'm even spending time thinking about little choices in side missions. The Stephenson side mission was great. Zero action, all presentation of a weird moral and ethical situation. For a game that supposedly doesn't ask any 'big questions', I'm seeing them everywhere. They're just not shoved in your face, most of the time.

I would have thought that gaming journalists might see Silverhand's anti-materialist crusade as a 'big question' in the modern era, though...

Grew weirdly attached to Jackie during the prologue. They did a good job of presenting the friendship, and the funeral was a great touch. There's a metric fuckton of ridiculous details, including custom animations for things you just wouldn't expect.

Probably unfinished quest or something. I fully expected to go pay up rent but i couldn't find where or how much.
Speaking of how much. It annoys me that i never see how much gig is worth and when characters talk they never talk about specifics of how much money you can earn.

The only time i knew what i will be getting was when i decrypted chip from militech and pocketed it killing those fuckheads.

Only game in which boob armor is logical and wanted. I really do hope they will improve implants effect on body. Some of moxes have shiny skin, players should also get that or those blade legs that japanese chick in afterlife has.

Vavra has spoken:
Slavic retard gang assemble.
Must be tough to be from a pseudo culture that only has one noteworthy production, The Witcher (a rip off of Elric of Melniboné in the first place) and a single noteworthy company, CDPR, that already has a 50/50 good to popamole ratio.

Edit: By the way Slavs are now people of color in Oregon.
The cat is finally out of the bag.
