Morrowind set the stage for Skyrim to do things right.

Planescape Torment had cool high level spells.

Fallout 3 had the best story and setting of any in the series

Cyberpunk 2077 has genital customization despite being a game with no depth that values style over substance. No, seriously. It is important to include sexuality in rpgs, as many examples in the genre neglect this natural function of our of biology. I mean, people are so denaturalized, so disconnected from their own body due to censorship in general and its effect on society, that they create imaginary genders that can directly contradict the reality of nature based on their emotional deficiencies. This is the extent of misinformation and distortion.
Meanwhile, there are big AAA games like Skyrim that would gladly inform violence, but not sexuality. Which is difficult to understand, because people will find ways to satisfy their flavor of moral degradation by means of external modifications anyway. Most of which, save for a few rare exceptions, have nothing to the with an informed, constructive and positive understanding of sexuality. But rather rape, torture, abuse and prostitution. Representing the human body with unnatural proportions, or infantilized facial features to pander the overgrown sensibilities of an emotionally immature society.

These are the consequences of centuries of censorship regarding sexuality. It requires a natural integration that is context sensitive to make sense within the world narrative. But it is rare to see sexuality being integrated naturally into most forms of media, interactive or otherwise.

It is important to include sexuality in rpgs, as many examples in the genre neglect this natural function of our of biology.

Why? How many RPGs have you played where you are required to eat and drink? Not can, but required to! How many have you played where you are required to urinate and defecate? These are not just biologically natural, but are all essential to human life. Sex is nice, but some people go their whole lives without sexual relationships, and are not only well adjusted, but are also considered excellent individuals. I'm not convinced sex is a necessary component that has been missing from video games at all. I play video games for the gameplay, so unless I'm being scored for every nipple twist and ass-slap, or leveling up for every magical gnome I've buttfucked, what's the point? Except to make some low IQ degenerate diaper-fetish tranny on Twitter happy?

I mean, people are so denaturalized, so disconnected from their own body due to censorship in general and its effect on society, that they create imaginary genders that can directly contradict the reality of nature based on their emotional deficiencies. This is the extent of misinformation and distortion.

What censorship, exactly? People have been able to go online to look at any form of pornography and sexual degeneracy they want for more than twenty years. You can go on normie sites like Twitter and Facebook right now to look at erotic pictures and videos. Violence and sex have been used to sell movies forever, but for decades you could just turn on a cable tv channel like Cinemax to watch movies that were essentially softcore porn. For 19 years HBO ran a series called 'Real Sex' - where every kind of degenerate kink and lifestyle was explored. Even network TV shows like 'The Good Doctor', a seemingly benign show about normalizing autism, veers off into sexual perversion every other episode. There literally are no sexual taboos anymore. There are websites devoted to guys getting fucked by horse dick and women getting fucked by their dogs, and there are people who have been trying to destigmatize sex with minors for decades. And I've seen a number of tv shows push polyamorous relationships as something that should be considered normal and healthy (While strangely the Mormon polygamists are still considered monsters. Oh, right. One lifestyle is religious and therefore bad, the other secular and therefore good). We live in an era where sites like Youtube are promoting sexually explicit garbage like Cardi B's WAP but you think we have a censorship problem in our media that's contributing to sexual dysphoria. I find it much more probable that the disconnect between people and their body self image is a confusion caused by the demonization of cultural sexual norms and the saturation of sexual material available, rather then any lack of.

Why do video games need to be informative at all? I didn't play Super Mario Bros. as a child because I thought it was going to inform me of anything. The novelty of the game was all that was required. Run fast, stomp on enemies, and get to the next castle was all the motivation I needed to play it. Nowadays a developer can't just make a novel game without every pronoun-obsessed piece of shit dress-wearing neckbeard threatening to boycott unless they get what they want in the game. I've yet to play a game that has allowed me to rape or torture. What games can you list that allow you to freely rape and torture? I can think of games that depict prostitution, but that IS the worlds oldest profession and by your logic should be considered informative of a positive understanding of sexuality. If you're speaking of mods - it's just like anything else, some people will get a hold of something and elevate it, and some will degenerate it. I mean, every childhood cartoon character I grew up with has been violated like this or this or this. *sigh*

If you want to complain about the misrepresentation of the human form into unnatural proportions - your complaint would need to be filed against the first clan of the cave bear artist to paint on a rock wall tens of thousands of years ago. Ancient Greek artists were the comic book artists of their day - depicting an idealized beauty that was not based on normal human physiology, but mathematical ratios. And this is the crux of the issue - artists deal in fantasy and the idealization of their subjects ( no matter what that subject happens to be ).

If you had come to me in the late 1980s to complain about censorship, I might have agreed with you. Watching the PMRC drag rock musicians before congress to testify about the content of their music was ridiculous. Now? I want the 80s back.

We do not need more tranny customization in games nor is that shit natural.

Using the uninstall-feature in Witcher 3 feels really rewarding as it saves a good amount of discspace.

- Pathfinder Kingmaker was somewhat patched after 2 years

- Disco Elysium was not too long

- Divinity Original Sin 2 had cute graphics

- Elex could be completed without community patches

- Cyberpunk 2077 could help justify to your wife that you needed to spend 2K on a gpu

- Atom RPG was cheap

- Mount and Blade II Bannerlord is not vaporware after all

- Baldur's Gate 3 cannot be worse than DOS 1 and 2 because the graphics are improved and the setting is not Larian-made
