This is a totally subjective list about how good certain elements of a game are. You can totally rate games other people have rated before - it's your opinion. Name a game and rate 1-5 on the following stuff.
Exploration: Is there interesting stuff to explore? Does the game make you eager to stick your nose under every rock?
Story: Is the story engaging? Do you like the cut of its jib? Does it have cool quests or multiple ways to solve them?
Combat: Do you like the mechanics of combat? Does it offer many builds? Do you love the way it feels?

This rating system's not bad, but it desperately needs a fourth metric called "character customization + C&C" or something like that, otherwise some great RPGs like Wasteland, Realms of Arkania, Arcanum and The Age of Decadence end up getting destroyed by less enjoyable games with underwhelming systems like, say, Ultima VII and Betrayal at Krondor.
Here's the same list with the fourth "customization and C&C" metric.
