It's not something that is completely out of the realm of possibility of a Fallout game, it's just that in combination with all the other bizarrely fetishistic content found in the game it reads like an awkward attempt for a writer to insert their bizarre mind break/slave fetish in to the game. EDIT: I should also clarify that the modders themselves have said that the implication that she would be a sex slave was not deliberate. Even giving them the benefit of the doubt I don't really think this excuses them because even at a cursory glance the optics of the scene along with the wording (You're exploiting the emotional vulnerability of a girl who is at best in her late teens, using wording like how you're going to make her your "Little slave girl") makes it very easy to interpret as a sexually charged moment. It's something that a third party easily would pick up as inferring the wrong thing, which is clearly what happened going by all the people who have called it the moment you make a kid your sex slave.

It's especially easy to mock when the devs also tried taking a moral stance with their mod by refusing to include the Enclave in the faction and include content warnings/options to skip triggering violence, and yet has a bizarre fixation on sexual assault (outside of the companion there is an entire series of missions in the NCR campaign which deals extensively in rape and sexual slavery, which for reasons I cannot even begin to fathom allows the player at one point to literally respond to a character's traumatic recounting of her experience as a sex slave for the legion by directly quoting Miller's "Why are we still here" line from MGSV) that is more or less left open for the player to experience.

Honestly this mod's discord should be a case study on how isolated social media bubbles with socially retarded people in charge of curating said bubble gives you literal brainworms.
