The game name feels so generic that I will forget about it pretty fast, even though seems like my kind of game.

BTW, Blazing Chrome is fantastic, and has a much better name. Joymasher are on a league of their own. Finally Brazil produces something worthy besides porn.

Incidentally I'd say this has an even stronger aesthetic than Blazing Chrome, (which is also strong) which makes the generic name such a shame, as I'm sure people will just skip over it because of that.

While they're two totally different genres, it's funny this is coming out the same time as Streets of Rage 4, as the ultra grungy level backgrounds of this are what I wish the stages in that were like. I really like the look of this game.

Why do these publishers insist on putting a stronk wymen of color front and center of every cover when there's literally like 3 black girls on the entire planet who play games like this?

I really liked the trailer except for the parts where the actual characters talked (the robot was okay). Guess their budget ran out before they found a jive sounding lady.
Wonder how much of it was spend on gameplays.

I remembered it was a thing and actually played it.
Black Chick was much whiter than I expected, (she even said "wanker") but the game was full of mismatched accents which has a sort of charm.
The pixel art is great as are the animations though that ends up being one of the game's flaws since it ends up feeling janky because the game often waits for animations to finish before letting you use your secodnary attack or takes a few frames to complete the action. For example if you throw grenade it actually gets thrown a split second later so if you turn right after pressing the button or do it while jumping it's hard to tell where it'll go, contrast this with something like metal slug where the grenade is thrown as soon as you press the button and you can shoot and throw at the same time.
