Nope. The pirate game with the best foot combat is Blood And Gold Caribbean.
The one with the best ship combat is Man o' War: Corsair.
Sea Dogs: Age of Pirates: City of Abandoned Ships is the best Pirates game overall.

Twilight Wars, turn-based "dungeon crawler" (dungeon seems node-based though) where you run a secret service, set in cyberpunk Russia.

looks like it was speeding on the highway, lost control and killed itself crashing onto the ugly tree. wishlisting it because it's still a mech game.

There's inspiration, then copy-paste plagiarism, and then literally changing the title a little to avoid being sued.
Nevertheless, it looks quite good.
Battle Axe? It looks like Zombies Ate My Neighbours, is that what you're thinking of?
Nah, I was thinking about Golden Axe, since it's quite similar. I was exaggerating about the title. The gameplay is nothing new, but not strictly plagiarizing. It reminds me of games with similar gameplay like the Chaos Engine.

A retro FPS inspired by classic British shooters such as Goldeneye and TimeSplitters. Explore new locales, accomplish varied objectives and fight against state-of-the-art 1997 enemy AI. A work of love by a dedicated fan.

The Agency is sending you on missions all around the world, in order to save it!

Each story mission is a self contained environment where you have to accomplish varied objectives, such as hacking terminals, steal secret plans, free civilian hostages and much more. All the while fighting armed guards in epic shootouts.

Be Agent number 64, the most elite operative the world has ever seen. An absolute legend!

Why they didn't name this SilverEye.
