Your ignore list.
All good games have already been released. There was no AAA AAAA AAAAA+++ game worth anyone's time released in recent times, and there won't be anymore going forward. Only indies and small studios are still capable of releasing anything good, yet these are 1 in 1000 at best.

Just archive all good games that are already out there. These games are free from feminists, SJWs, and the constant monetization practices which have become the norm. There are enough titles to last for decades, and by the time you are done with them all, you will be ready to replay most of them.

Enjoy the Revolution! Another revolution around the sun that is.
Smells like raw meat thrown to the shareholders. Hopefully this indicates they apprach the precipice finally.

I think netflix just want to get in on the VR metaverse thingy, they choose someone with VR development background from facebook for a reason. Virtual product, “art” or even real estate going to be the next BIG moneymaker for these tech oligarch and people will be happy owning nothing in the real world while they furnish their virtual home with virtual IKEA and NFT certified cuckold “art”.

When star citizen start selling JPGs for 10k USD a pop and people keep buying i see the mass acceptance of virtual escapism is coming, what they are selling is more than just a spaceship in a video game, they selling an investment for a future virtual world. And then crypto gain mass acceptance and NFT come along and everything click together, now you can have a stable proof of transaction and ownership of a virtual/digital item, the big business and investor can start to effectively monetize this brave new virtual world.

I know the star citizen example can be a little bit far-fetched since it can still be a scam but the metaverse and crypto/NFT one is not, some virtual real estate on decentraland already sold for ~900k USD.
