Grab the Codex by the pussy Pathfinder: Wrath
Using the "PLEASE STAND BY" is a little weird since it's used extensively by Bethesda for anything that's Fallout related and I honestly don't think they will ever be able to touch the IP.

Todd should just buy the Prehistorik IP and make Prehistorik 3 before they ruin it with some tactics spin-off.

Messiah 2 and a new Star Trek game?

21 years after the events of Messiah, Bob (now a young adult) travels back to Earth only to get captured by a group of henchmen working for the daughter of Father Prime. After escaping the facility, you and a group of freedom fighters must save Earth before Father Prime's daughter destroys it.

Messiah II (Announcement)

Man, oh man. It's been so long.

We are proud to be back. It has been such a long time, but we'll officially back! We would like to formally announce that our team has started on the pre-development stages for the sequel to the 2000 action-adventure game "Messiah".

The game is under wraps right now, but we can tell you that it takes place 21 years after the original with
Bob as a young adult. The sequel will be released sometime in 2023.

And with the assistance of Rockstar Games, we were able to obtain the Rockstar Advanced Game Engine that will definitely help out with the development of Messiah II.

If you have any questions or comments regarding the sequel, feel free to reach out at @interplayent on Twitter

Doubt.

Pre-development stage in 2021 / unknown and small team and release in 2023 = more doubt.

Originally set for release in November 1997 and later cancelled two years later, a revamped version of Star Trek: Secret of Vulcan Fury is set to be in development in 2022. The game will still take place in the 23rd century and will include fresh new episodes that allow the player to assume the roles of Captain James T. Kirk, Spock, McCoy, Sulu, Chekov, and Scotty.

A brief announcement of the development process for the revamped version of ST: Secret of Vulcan Fury.

24 years ago, The original team at Interplay announced a new Star Trek game titled "Secret of Vulcan Fury" that was scheduled for release in November. Sadly, the game was cancelled two years into its development due to financial problems and staff departures.

Today, we are proud to announce that the new Interplay staff working for "Interplay Entertainment 2021" is currently in-development of a newly revamped version of the cancelled game.

Starting over from scratch, the game will still have its 6 episodes and the story will still include the Vulcans and Romulans and their involvement with space station "Fury". We are hoping to have this officially released for the first time in its entirely in 2023.

For any questions or comments, head over to @interplayent on Twitter and check us out there!

Only 7 connections on linkedin, which pretty much means it's either a brand new account or one that's never been used seriously. I have a hard time believing that a Blizzard VP would have less than hundreds of connections.

Messiah 2 and a new Star Trek game?
Its an old Star Trek game, it had D.C. Fontana as the writer and I think all the surviving cast members doing the voices of the TOS crew. Interplay was woefully underprepared for making the game, as the scope of the game was huge, with very detailed animation for 1997/99. They cancelled the game because in 1999, they basically had nothing to show for the money they sank into it.
Hearing that they're going to revival Messiah, yeah, okay, reasonable goals for a revived publisher. Getting the Star Trek license, even the TOS license, and attempting to make Secret of Vulcan Fury once and for all is probably the most insane sentence I've seen today. This could be good...if they pull it off, but considering how 100% insane everything I've read in this topic is, I don't know what to think of their chances, if they're actually going to do this.

I think there is a lot of potential in this new company: I would love to see a new version of a Shiny game like Messiah or M.D.K. with Shiny's weirdness and humor but not its awful gameplay. I hope that Vulcan Fury is like 25th Anniversary and Judgement Rites but with a far better interface. Those games had perfect Star Trek stories and atmosphere but their interfaces were very frustrating.

For as hands off as Microsoft is being with Bethesda, I really don't believe that they're going to let Fallout sit for a decade plus like The Elder Scrolls did aside from Blades and the MMO. Eventually I anticipate Bethesda having three studios for their three properties but that's long-term. inXile or Obsidian will end up doing something with it in the next 5-6 years.

Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if Playground ends up working with Bethesda's properties after they get done with Fable.

The other accounts the Interplay twitter is following are just bizarre, very bot-like behavior with no rhyme or reason.

Even more bizarre thing is their Linkedin listings of "employees"
  • "Draughtsperson (draughtsman/woman) at Interplay Entertainment Corp. -- Detroit Metropolitan Area"
  • "Educational methods specialist at Interplay Entertainment Corp. --New York City Metropolitan Area"
  • "Plant specialist - botanist - botanist martin hutten, who is the manager of yosemite national park's at Interplay Entertainment Corp. -- Silver City, NV"
  • "Driller at Interplay Entertainment Corp. --New York City Metropolitan Area"
  • "Research chef - research chefs create new foods for restaurant chains, coffee shops, and food manuf at Interplay Entertainment -- Brooklyn, NY"
  • "Prefab construction worker at Interplay Entertainment Corp. -- Bakersfield, CA"
  • "Information assistant/officer in rail transport at Interplay Entertainment Corp. -- New York City Metropolitan Area"
And most of the listings are like this, track engineer, stuntman from Atlanta, custom officer, welding operator... If you somehow access the profiles there are actually nothing really, as if the account are automatically generated. Job titles are seemingly extracted from other actual accounts.

There are a few profiles seem legit, including Eric Caen, the new owner above, and some producer/director/writer on animation industry named Michel K Parandi.

What in God's holy fuck is that list?

Seems legit.
