Man, if they have to make romance in rpgs at least make the candidates each have their very specific standards and preferences, like in Arcanum.
Having Daeran give my 8 CHA old Dwarf a full room of rose petals feels super weird. If I wanted to play a gay character I'd have rolled an elf.
Maybe when he offered to join your party you should have told him go away like I did and you would not have this problem with your dwarf.
I like him though, he is some of the more entertaining companions. Also this PC is a Cayden Cailean follower and Trickster so Daeran is a better fit than most.
I think one of the biggest problems with romance in rpgs is exactly what you are saying here: the player is often forced into a place where he have to either fuck the companion or tell the companion to fuck off, when a normal friendship would have been a lot less awkward and probably better written.

IIRC you can go that way with him too. I don’t do the buttsecks so we’re usually just buds.

Staunton was useful, what would be the point of running such ridiculous scheme with demons who are too worthless to even become slaves?
I don't disagree with the notion that the amount of beggars you see in the Lower City is in any way realistic (we're talking about fantatsy, after all), I simply don't agree with the fact that there wouldn't be demons subservient enough to beg other Demons for food, shelter, protection or other things. If anything, Demons would probably be less shameful about it, to the point where they get their face smashed in because theyre being too obnoxious.

Beggars can be useful tools in any society, even a Demon one, as they can provide information, can be used as spies, assassins or simply be kept as pets or playthings. Demons love power, and when you're a shitty powerless grunt, the only thing making you feel powerful is being able to shit on the ones that are even further down on the food chain. I don't see why this wouldn't apply to demons. Befriend enough of them, team up, and you can overcome more powerful adversaries together. Then you kill them all to keep the spoils and powergains for yourself.

The succubus which you buy to entretain the arena champion in chapter 4. Why I can't just romance then all and let then be permanently bonded to serve me?

Never seen to this day a game with romances that was better for it. Usually it devolves into you having to be careful with party members to not accidentaly enter on Pornhub.

Finished Act 2 and started Act 3 after 70 hours. Had to take Angel path since I did not unlock Azata and Aeon. I have Lich but I'm playing Lawful Good currently. Can I go straight to unlock and become Gold Dragon in Act 3 or do I have to wait for it?

Gold Dragon is a late-game path, you won't be seeing that one for another 50-100+ hours if it took you 70 to finish Chapter 2.

Romances are always bad and they just bring weird people into the fan base. You put one romance into your game and your community is suddenly just a place for people to post fan art

There's this weird expectation now that every goddamn "RPG" must also have romances, even if it is completely irrelevant to the story.

I'm at the end of Act 3 waiting for the Queen to arrive but I got to find a way to spend 30 days (turned off crusade mode) and all I have to do quest wise is Blackwater. It is tempting to try it again but I am afraid of having to buy some ointment because of how ass blasted I will get.
You can fuck off from Drezen and explore all you want after the Queen comes.

Can I do Wintersun at level 10 ?

It's possible but there's a few hard encounters if you try to clear the map.

I can't see the boss fight in Wintersun ending without a few deaths either but your milage may very based on party composition. I dont use crowd control

I leave it until last personally, just before Ivory Labyrinth.

Why did they used the same world for second game?

As I understand it, Golarion, the world depicted, is the setting for the tabletop Pathfinder adventures published by Paizo, so Owlcat are using that. Several tabletop campaigns have been published by Paizo in that setting, and Owlcat have taken advantage of that to make their games (Kingmaker is moer or less a whole campaign as is, and I believe part of this game is based on one of the others).

For those of us that invested financially on the more heavy side, we can finally see our gear. (too bad we can't match the colours for Regill as we please... but that's okay)

Blame Bioware. Fuckers started that trend. And jRPGs before that. As always, the weebs were ahead of the curve.

It probably seemed like a good idea at the time - and indeed in the first few iterations it was alright (I think up to about DAO). But it's definitely become a tiresome automatism now.

Christ Drezen goes on ... and on ... and on ... and on. Quite good fun though, especially the little things like stumbling into a pub and finding a nice belt on a tough unique demon. And finding that bitter creepypasta letter to the queen left by some poor sod who died for the cause.

I think they handled the "big battle" thing quite well technically so far as this format can do it, but I must admit it's not my favourite aspect of these games. My favourite thing with these types of games is apprehensively crawling through some weird, gloomy, mysterious "dungeon" with unknown terrors - either that or wandering through forests. Most of the other settings and scenarios for these types of games I can take or leave.

Yes, the Pathfinder: Kingmaker CRPG is based on the Kingmaker adventure path of the Pathfinder TTRPG while the Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous CRPG is based on the Wrath of the Righteous adventure path of the Pathfinder TTRPG. It's all terribly mysterious about which computer game goes with which licensed tabletop product, but somehow we manage.

In some games like G3, I just can't play evil since you need to kill a certain group of NPC's which I like so much. In this game, is so easy to be evil since the game threats being anti egalitarian as being evil and most companions are not interesting. The best NPCs like Zacharius are also evil. And I see people saying that the evil path is lackluster. Sure, is a "cartoon caricature" in some points. But still miles better than BG3 evil path.
