Sounds very, very ambitious for 2 brothers team.

Without Judgement combines exploration of a huge open world, gameplay and story changing choices and deeply engaging combat. You are a Sentinel, a PMC with a licence to kill. To be a great mercenary you will need the right combination of gears, skills, and friends.

YOUR CHOICES MATTER
Your choices affect not only how the story develops it also lets you decide how you approach each mission. Talk, fight or use skills to get past obstacles as the game adapts itself to your style of play. Every single choice can drastically change the outcome of your story. Different factions and corporations fall and rise, by YOUR choices in this crime-filled neo noire world. You can even finish the game without killing anyone!

THIS IS AN RPG
Define your playstyle by experimenting with a wide variety of weapons, nanotech, biotech, skills and items found throughout the world. Charge into a shootout, pick off enemies one-by-one using stealth, or hire/call other mercs to help you. Many options are at your disposal as you decide how to approach exploration and combat.

EXPLORE VAST OPEN WORLD
The world of Without Judgement is huge both in its scale and in its size. Travel across diverse regions ranging from deserts swamps, highways and neon lit metropolisies. Set in the futuristic version Florida, you are going to be able to freely explore the countless diverse cities and settlements across the state, ranging from high tech megacities, neon lit beaches and post apocalyptic swamps.

Looks like one of those PS1 demakes. Rips off too many things, the UI for example is literally just the MGS1 UI. I do hope the voice acting doesn't stay in.

Available: When it's done

It's vapourware then.

Gameplay Teaser? More like Greaser-Teaser.
Imitating old game graphic style and combining it with modern, flashy effects is bad combo

the UI for example is literally just the MGS1 UI.
That's not how you spell GTA

Aww, hearing ”GTA” and ”retro” in the same sentence made me think it would be a topdown perspective game like the original GTA games.

Interesting concept, though.

Chuck Jones said that a good filmmaker should have interests outside of film, otherwise your work will end up stale and uninspired. It goes for games too, and some game devs understood this, that's how GTA 3 or Fallout 1 came about. It's high time we reminded ourselves of that. This creative inbreeding needs to stop.

West Balkans: the RPG sounds like a great idea. Clearing up bosnian minefields, raceketeering kebab joints, fighting or siding with communists, killing youtubers, getting a Rimac car as a high-level quest reward. What's not to love?

I'm sorry, but all those *Let's make our game look like shit because NOSTALGIAZZZZZ* graphic games just look dead to me.

There's a difference between trying to get the most out of a system and deliberately murdering your graphics. So, no it's NOT the same thing, no matter how much you pretend. That's why I can go back to (most) ps1 games and still think this looks like garbage.

The art is complete shit and really does a disservice to pixel art. You know the original ones that used 256 or less colors to have an oil painting look to it.

I... I like ugly early 3D graphics
This isn't *early 3d graphics*.

These are graphics intentionally made worse.

It's not the same thing and it does not *look* the same. At all. This does not look like Tomb Raider, Gran Turismo, Metal Gear Solid, whatever ps1 game you can think of. You can get a clean image out of those games that just look 1000x times better than this as well (Be it over hardware mods, emulator or pc ports. )
