Too many graphics whores on the Codex.
It ain't graphics whoring, it's about art direction, just do the best with what you've got. Monomyth looks genuinely fantastic even if it doesn't have RTX SSAO BMW scattered buttcheeks. Ghost of a Tale, another one-man indie affair, also looks gorgeous. Or if that's too tall an order for your visuals budget, at least ape the graphics of your influences, like Gloomwood's doing with Thief, or just throw some cel shading at it and call it a day. But enough of this faux-retro hipster bullshit with more pixelation than a Japanese porno.

This game is the greatest explanation for why fully voice-acted games aren't necessary.

Looks pretty cool, worried about the proc gen stuff though.
I am more worried about "Your Choices Matter". More often than not it means limiting the game to pre-scripted stuff, rather than allowing the game to flow naturally and just giving the player tools to navigate the in-game world and systems.

Hard to reconcile this imagery of cyberpunk florida with Miami Vice, to be honest.
