I also want to add that the game has an option to add level cap, so you will not be outleveling missions. If you are looking for a challenge, I recommend you to enable it.

Hello everyone, this is Troubleshooter development team.

We are going to have the next update on 27th October.

The last Violent Case of the "White Lion and Black Witch" DLC will be included in this update.

The last scenario mission of the DLC, however, will be included in the next update due to the development team's circumstances.

The development team apologizes to you that the team is continuously failing of cutting this vicious circle.

Although the update has been delayed than expected, the development team will do its best to provide the promised content.

Thank you.

I wish I was a billionaire and could throw them a couple of $100k.

Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
Started playing this. Remind me, how many hours do I need to put in before the game presents any semblance of challenge? I started out on hard difficulty, but am considering bumping it up to max. The thing is, I know I'll regret my decision if it turns out later that I'm still in some kind of extended tutorial right now. I've heard that this game does that. It's nice when the level of challenge in a game fluctuates so you get hard bits with easy bits sprinkled in between, and constantly fiddling with the difficulty level is bound to spoil that. Basically, if Hard is going to remain stupidly easy throughout then let me know pls thx, otherwise I'll stick with it.

You are still in the extended tutorial. Troubleshooter takes the gloves off after you recruit Heixing and Ray.

Nope, it gets a lot harder later, particularly in some of the very long missions, where you party wipe 40 minutes in after coming up against a boss enemy. Takes a good while to get to that point though.

The game takes its gloves off in chapter 3. If you are bored, enable cruel/challenge/limit growth. I highly recommend playing with limit growth. It prevents outleveling.

grabbed it, played a bit, it starts to get on my nerves now. Managing growth of so many characters is annoying. Yet the game keeps pushing more your way(I got 5th now). To make it worse game is matching your ever increasing rooster by throwing more and more enemies at you at once.
My Irene/Albus easilly survives 10 enemies attacking them at once. Yet now game is throwing some boss enemies that can one shoot them. Game starts to feel less tactical and more like dragonball

You should send in some feedback. You might get a personal apology.

The police sent me a letter thanking me for the arrest of the draki king and queen. Does that mean that after each hunting run they call the police to haul hundreds of beasts in prison? No wonder they're too busy to stop the gangs...

You already annoyed at 5? Don't worry, there is like another 6 waiting for you, and then there are beasts and robots to manage...

Tbh this is exactly why I like it, I play games like that for buildporn, the moment I optimized my whole party and don't have any more characters to fuck around with, I grow bored. Troubleshooter constantly throws new shit at you, constantly forces you to adapt and tinker with your ever growing roster, and for me that's the biggest strength of the game.

maybe you will be able to tinker with police officers in future update. Wasted potential, in some scenarios you get like 6!

Developers are quite probably sorry about that.

It will get worse) Each new character will introduce new mechanics. I have played 700+ hours, but there are still game mechanics that I either didn't touch or don't understand. The build porn in Troubleshooter is so hardcore, that Pathfinder feels like a light build erotics.

On a plus side, you don't need a super optimized build to finish the game. You don't need to understand all game mechanics to finish or enjoy the game. I would recommend you to use some simple builds that come to your mind and just go with the flow. Yes, the game will be more difficult, but that would also mean more fun.

I don't think the characters are too much at all, without the additional mechanics they bring in the game would wear itself out far quicker.

Not a fan of mandatory police officers, though, they aren't interesting and the game already takes a million hours per turn.

Ctrl shift 6 to send them home

Still need them for some cruellenge missions, like the violent one where you face the entire white tiger gang. Useful meatshields and they have grenades and potions.

"Troubleshooters! Let's do some training, show us policemen how to deal with snipers!"

"Okay, so first, you send in your pet dragon to absorb overwatch fire. Then, have your litte girl dash in and die (protip: train her to be berserk so she can crawl closer if she doesn't get instantly gunned down!). Her ghost will then take over the closest snipers, at which point you..."
