Before 3D, mouses were the greatest contributor to decline in games. What are some RPGs that can be played without them?

I'm very into cock and ball torture
Any roguelike that has keyboard support. Also. Knights of the Chalice. Believe it or not. It has full keyboard support. See:

I wish I can play Colony Ship without a mouse. Using keyboard controls on the laptop while laying in bed is so comfy.

I am playing Siralim Ultimate at the moment, you can do that while working with the other hand no problem.

It also has no Story thats relevant, it's more of a Monster catching thing though not sure if thats something you like. Basically endless.

Just to name a few. The mouse is available, but you can play with the keyboard only.

Gothic I-II are the only modern ones I can think of.

Otherwise:

Dark Heart of Uukrul
SSI Gold Box games
Ultimas
Magic Candle

And probably a lot of other RPGs from the 80s.

Blue Dragon episode 2 (the first is a strategy game, the second Is a rpg)
GDR Impero (the one you have to destroy United Nations)
Uomo Gatto (the villains are El Tigre and Mickey Mouse)

First, take the Gold Box tag off of this thread. It doesn't belong as it's meant for SSI Gold Box games, not a general question on functionality that may have Gold Box games as an answer. Second, as someone mentioned earlier the Might and Magic games can be played without a mouse. In fact, I found that I could quickly breeze through Might and Magic 1 and 2 pretty quickly once the keyboard commands became second nature. When the mouse controls were added to the series it actually slowed me down.

All the early rogue-likes also work great with keyboard commands. Rogue, Moria, Angband, Zangband, and so on. The early RPGs were made to cater to players reliant on keyboard functions. Once Graphical User Interfaces became a standard thing, that of course changed.

In these days you are lucky if the game allows to use a mouse.
