The obvious answer is wizard, with the magical flying reindeer and knowing who has been naughty or nice, but I think there's a case to be made for thief (because of all the breaking and entering), or cleric (because of being Saint Nick), or even fighter (because of carrying around a heavy sack of presents, and overall looking like a tank).

Anyway, merry Xmas everybody and hope you all have lots of good cheer!

Wrong category.

Santa isn't a class, he's a spell. Precisely, a Mass Suggestion.

This spell is now maintained in part by (((people))) corrupting the original idea behind the Suggestion in order to transform man into a turboconsoomer. While man is in this form, he can be harvested for even more benefits and is also more vulnerable to other Suggestions.

Are we talking about the TV fat guy in red clothes or the saint? If the former then no one mentioned one of the most obvious choices:
Cleric (of Coca Cola) / Ninja. It explains how he can move silently and enter houses unseen and unnoticed and at the same time his choice of beverage.
