Sometimes the game wants you to know that it hates you and you should feel bad. Just roll with it.
Lmao. Trickster Nocticula fight.
ALL companions spawned in the council room. Too bad it doesn't help much, because everyone gets her unique auro of simping condition. Dogs and Wendu did 95% of the work.

1st time I did that fight I got her in one hit with a massive vital strike crit.
Made me laugh.
So apparently there's a greatsword called Blood Red Cleaver and absolutely no one knows where to get it. Which makes you wonder how people learned of its existence in the first place.
Oh you can fight her? What does she drop?
I did that with Nenio in my previous run. She has access to more fire spells and you can be specialized in both Illusion and Evocation by end of the game. Also wizard metamagic spells are always their base casting time, Ember metamagic spells become full turn cast which means she can only move 5 feet if she wants to use metamagic outside rods.Give Ember the ring of pyromania, mallanders insult + ascendant element fire and she becomes Ignus. Basically solod the eternal guardian, everyone else just kept him away from her. At this point the only reason to take Nenio over her is haste and sirocco, though I have been doing fine without haste so far and phantasmal putrification is also a very good mass disable. Her character is a big plus too because she was psychologically engineered by ex-KGB psyop specialists to elicit as much sympathy as humanly possible.
Is having cold weapon always preferable over having say something elemental, like fire damage?

Think at a certain enchantment level - the weapon bypasses Cold Iron requirement automatically.
Iirc his charisma is also like 10, so he wouldn't even benefit from paladin or his hellknight stuff, even if his alignment wasn't incorrect.. CN Fallen Paladin and Hellknight? Plus Armored Hulk, which is trash? The only thing going for him are his levels in two handed fighter and high STR.
People learned of its existence because there are tools that allow users to find out what items exist in the game's code, the problem is that nobody has any idea if a given item is actually findable in-game (as in, in the Wrath campaign) until someone posts that information. So apparently there's a greatsword called Blood Red Cleaver and absolutely no one knows where to get it. This +5 adamantine full plate mail grants its wearer 10 DR/-, immunity to cold and fire as well as all combat maneuvers.
Pre-included DLC weapons maybe?People learned of its existence because there are tools that allow users to find out what items exist in the game's code, the problem is that nobody has any idea if a given item is actually findable in-game (as in, in the Wrath campaign) until someone posts that information. So apparently there's a greatsword called Blood Red Cleaver and absolutely no one knows where to get it. There a bunch of crazy-powerful items that probably aren't in the game, such as Throne Keeper:

Like you would think a hidden companion should be badass, especially considering the guy spent years doing nothing but kill for a living but nope. I'll look if I feel any difference in my party when I swap Greybor out for him.Iirc his charisma is also like 10, so he wouldn't even benefit from paladin or his hellknight stuff, even if his alignment wasn't incorrect.
He's ok from a narrative perspective, and I think he could have been a cool inclusion if Sosiel showed up earlier and was a more interesting character. As he is though, meh.
Possibly but there are also items that are clearly unfinishedPre-included DLC weapons maybe?People learned of its existence because there are tools that allow users to find out what items exist in the game's code, the problem is that nobody has any idea if a given item is actually findable in-game (as in, in the Wrath campaign) until someone posts that information. So apparently there's a greatsword called Blood Red Cleaver and absolutely no one knows where to get it.
