Excellent work.

You don't fancy making Serpent in the Staglands 2 do you?

After Mechjammer I'm not hopefully for the sequel.

I totally forgot about Mechajammer. Is it not good? It looked really cool from the promotional videos, but I know nothing about its gameplay.

I didn't play it, but from what I gather it suffered from the same things Serpent* did: Lots of really cool, ambitious ideas that sounded great on paper, but Whalenought unfortunately lack the experience (or maybe even the talent, if you want to be very frank) to make it all work together in the game itself.

*I didn't play Serpent either, so maybe I'm talking out of my arse, but I think that's the gist of it.

That's a shame. I tried playing Serpent, but it seemed somehow too clunky, too stuck in the 90s in its mechanics and basic interactivity, although I did not play for long. They do have a knack for coming up with interesting visual styles, I have to give them that.

I get the sense that Whalenought are two very talented artists and ideas-people who really need to hire someone who knows how to design games.
