Looks interesting perhaps, with more complicated and detailed mechanics over Pazner General or Panzer Core. The supply and airplane mechanics look more detailed and there seems to be some sort of production invovled too, where you can't just build unlimited amount of Tiger II's or whatever.....you have to capture cities and factories and use influence points or something to build out units and replace destroyed units it looks like..

although I am sort of guessing all of this from looking at the videos, screenshots and a few reviews... but anyway, looks possibly good.

One downside I might see is that it appears like some of the battles might involve an enormous amount of units to deal w/ and it looks sort of cluttered in some of the screens, but who knows..
