I'm sure there's a million of 'em but what are some games that you would never play just seeing the box/cover art alone? Note that this is not the same as games with the worst box covers/banner art but games that seem to say everything you need to know about it just looking at the promos. Here's one I saw recently; have no idea what it is - it could even be good - but I would absolutely avoid it because it looks like some hideous Japanese version of 1950s Bollywood with singing, dancing samurai and the favorite girl they serenade. I'm sorry but samurai with big Liberace smiles are not cool. What about you?

Its rare for me to decide to never play a game based on cover art alone. I've seen some amazing games with awful cover art, while I've seen beautiful covers that housed some shitty Pac-man clone or something.
That said, if I see generic anime art on a game released in the last 10 years, it's a safe bet its a dumpster fire.

The western road to Erromon.
I'll grant a special dispensation to Thief due to it taking place mostly in the dark and at night and to not be so edgy as to conceal Garret's eyes. Also, from my own experience, wearing a hood at night is beneficial because it blocks much of the corner-of-the-eye phenomena that one experiences when walking into the unknown. This may be less useful to Thieves though, since it lowers their actual peripheral vision as well. Will +2, Awareness -2. Everything has a tradeoff.

I'll also sternly denigrate my own forgetfulness to include the idea of wearing one during the day, in public, when there's no weather.

Idk bro... it could pass for the cover of an Asian porn film, and those are good.
