BTW, I'm aware that they gave the game as a gift to the contestants... how it's it isn't still torrented?

They gave us download codes for the game (and all the DLCs from collector's edition, DLC buyable at launch etc) that will be activated on release day.

What kind of metrosexuality is this?

A bunch of idiots in a gaming reality show?

I laughed REALLY hard when I saw the setting and the idiot playing the presenter.
Dear god, I never thought I'd see the day that codexers wouldn't tear this event a new asshole in the forums.

@Ausir - What are the dungeons like? Anything on the level of Durlag's tower/Watcher's keep? Or are they linear?

Durlag's Tower and Watcher's Keep were both linear...
Yup, wrong choice of words, sorry.
So, are they more like these two dungeons, or are they closer to NWN's boring, repetitive dungeons?

The event itself is a silly PR-gimmick but we want Ausir to give us deep insightful information since he isn't a hype-manwhore.

You're being unreasonable.

Event may be silly, but it doesn't change the fact it provided me with information about the gameplay that wasn't entirely controlled by developers/publishers. It wasn't few minutes long preview shot. It's also interesting that they weren't afraid to show the game a week before the release, it bodes well for it.

Looking at this picture I had one of these moments when I realise that while I can talk pretty philosophy all day and gleefully delve into sophisticated problems that societies face, deep inside there's an urge to fuck it all and delve into the female on the right.

Damn you, Ausir. Did you at least get the phone number?

No, but he managed to get a free lap dance...

It occured to me that if this was true, the term 'biowhore' would gain a new quality to consider.

The pic with the chicks shook this out of my analogue past.
While trying to sort out secondary and primary health provider claim forms last night...

Pehaps a Lou Reed missive: "My week equals Your Year."
