    Risen 2 has a good economy. Rest of the game is Risen 2 though.

    Dragon Age Origins had a good in game economy. Even with DLC money was always relevant and never easy to come by especially gold sovereigns the highest tier currency. High persuasion skills were necessary to maximize rewards. Playing as certain races was monetarily beneficial as well. Unless you made use of tedious exploits you really had to pick and choose what you wanted.

    Can't say I had the same experience with it – I never found money to be an issue in DAO and I don't recall using any exploits regarding the matter.
