There's only so many walls of text that a man can endure.

Hóngwèibīng and rusty_shackleford , what of books than? what of articles that are just that long? Didnt Lord of Riva shown himself capable of reading and commenting on such "walls of text", he claimed to have studied law and history(a mastery), do these not contain many walls of text?

To the illiterate,weak/bland/blunt minded or tired; to these it may appear as walls , but i do not consider(at least based on comments i was exposed to) you two to be of such caliber and neither should Lord of Riva be.

Just as walls need to be steady to support should their bricks or words not be steady as well and thus worthwhile?

Well, I just tend to approach these two activities differently. Forum discussions tend to be polemical, while reading a book is usually done with information gathering in mind from a source which you consider to be legitimate (which is not to say that I might not disagree with a book's content in part, but ideally it'd be kept to a minimum).

Hey InSight, I wanted to answer the whole week but did not find the time to answer I will probably manage to tomorrow or saturday.

And there is never too much text, if written with true intent. Even looking backwards on your thoughts in the past you can see how thoughts (and therefore you) have evolved.

Also to clarify: I studied Law and history about Roman law was part of that, nothing more.

eh, I disagree. Most books are rectangular and do not fit well into an anus.
