Make the Codex Great Again!
Don't know if this is what you're looking for, but Superflight was one of the best purchases I made this year. It's $3, visually catchy, but most importantly fun as hell to play.

Does Hotline Miami count ?

Never liked the whole artys look at muh visually striking style isn't it avant-garde ... no you're just a crappy game designer and an even crappier artist. I can't believe theres enough people buying this garbage to keep it alive.

p.s. I kinda liked Antichamber, you just have to take it for what it is , its a puzzle game ,its about solving puzzles, who cares about the story or how it ends?

Drunken poker! You need a bunch of friends or some random guys,a bunch of bottles filled with alcohol, shot glasses and a stack of cars(for poker). Everyone takes one and puts it on its forehead without seeing it,after that you gamble in glasses and the looser/loosers drink. The true looser is the last man standing because he doesn't have anyone to drink with.

Codex 2014 Make the Codex Great Again! Grab the Codex by the pussy
"Back to Bed" mixes Dali, Magritte and M.C. Escher to create a nice isometric puzzler.
"Jazzpunk" trips absolute fuckin' balls and actually has a story going.
"Yume Nikki" for all you weeaboos, though it's 'lite' on the tripping.
And lastly there's "Tetripz" if you want to show off your skills while trippin'.

But because you want 'proper' endings I don't think any of these are for you. No, really. If you think Antichamber is garbage, you're not gonna find anything worth your time.

EDIT: Typo.

From the trailer, design-wise that looks to be a low-effort mishmash of references to Twin Peaks and the artists you mentioned. Seems like all there is of Magritte in this game is hats and apples and whatnot.

I love Magritte. No other painter, for me, evokes the same feeling. Lynch's films (not paintings) sometimes do.
I wish there was a game heavily based on his work. I picture a nightmarish experience with first-person exploration of various surreal dreamscapes. Ideally featuring some gameplay, but I'd take a walking simulator too.

Jazzpunk looks like.. it could be fun? I like how much work they've put into the trailers.

Short, and probably nothing special, but I remember these two with fondness. At least some. And at least they actually have a meaning behind everything.
Both were bundled.

Gonna keep shilling for Hellnight on PSX. It's not psychedelic per se, but it is pretty out there and while it starts as a "shiiiiiiiet trapped in a sewer with some strange creature" it...goes places.

Katamari Damacy, a game where you begin by rolling up tiny objects in rooms, but gradually increase in size through the levels, until by the end you're rolling up an entire city. With a few sequels.

Kentucky Route Zero is trippy af, imho. There is no gameplay per se tho, but I still found it good.

inconclusive endings and a smug aura to it
Oh.
I'm not sure if I'd call their games trippy, moreover, The Void and Pathologic are so popular on Codex that OP must know them by now.

But since you've summoned me to propagate them, I shall do my part then.

The Void: http://store.steampowered.com/app/37000/The_Void/
My review: http://www.rpgcodex.net/content.php?id=10393
The summary of my review:
The Void is the most unique and enjoyable game I have ever played. Visuals are astounding, the soundtrack is a delight, the gameplay is engaging and the dialogues are enchanting. Tension gives so much joy that after finishing one playthrough I instantly began another one to reach a different ending that is more difficult to achieve. I have an impression, however, that this game is not for everyone. Nonetheless, those who will be sucked into it will be held spellbound. To appreciate this game you must have an open mind towards unusual games, enjoy gloomy settings and imbibe poetry. In my opinion, whatever your taste in games is, Turgor deserves your time to give it an honest try. Do keep in mind, however, that it is one of the most difficult games I have ever played and the player is constantly faced with a challenge to stay alive and to cultivate enough colors for himself and for the sisters. I only completed the game successfully during my fourth playthrough, failing the first three attempts. This might discourage a lot of people considering most modern games are made to be completed without much difficulty in the very first try.

Pathologic: http://store.steampowered.com/app/384110/Pathologic_Classic_HD/
My review: http://www.rpgcodex.net/article.php?id=8610
The summary of my review:
Pathologic is the kind of game that will appeal only to a particular niche of gamers. Those who like depressing themes, minimalist storytelling and for whom the atmosphere is of utmost importance are going to love Pathologic, even at the cost of having to suffer through the confusing translation, the slow gameplay, and a lot of running around the town and visiting the same places over and over again. This game makes you plan ahead, and is not instantly gratifying if you manage to do something right - it makes you work and even struggle for a slow progress, but after some time you will feel satisfied that you've managed to get so far... and perhaps are still able to continue.

Pathologic, even without all its defects, would never be able to get into the mainstream. But while most people laugh at the idea of seriously listening to Beethoven, some find his music to be astonishing and timeless.

I also played Doki Doki Literature Club, pretty fun game too, and it's free:

You move on rails, have to stand still to shoot, and the first mission is the most boring part of the game. But it picks up after that and it's worth a look. One of my personal tops on GC Dolphin.

Roll a few spliffs, pop some porn on in the background, boot up the PC and play Toejam & Earl on emulation.

Keep drifting in & out of sleep, and consider playing it with some meditation music on too.

If the trippyness of the game comes off as a genuine effort to make something alien or bizarre and not just an attempt to appear avant-garde then the trip-factor alone makes certain games worth playing for me. None of the games I'm gonna name are all that special. For most they'd probably just be mediocre but they stick with me for some reason.

Off the top of my head I think of Sentinel Returns. Apparently it's a sequel/remake of a game from '86 called the Sentinel on the BBC Micro. Never played it, before my time. But this version injects a sinister atmosphere and is rocking a pretty cool soundtrack by John Carpenter. Gameplay is hard for me to explain, but you're body hopping between things called synthoids and dropping boulders so you can gain enough height to absorb the eponymous Sentinel.

Another is Drowned God. The skinny is that it's a Myst clone. Some of the puzzles are cool, but still not anything you wouldn't expect to see in a Myst game proper. What makes it worth checking out is that it's themed around new-age UFO mysticism type shit and it has a really oppressive feel. It's one of those games where you know it isn't a horror game but you still feel uneasy the whole time like something's gonna jump out at any moment.

Last one is the Tone Rebellion. I think Matt Barton did a video on it that's worth a watch. It's a 4X type game made by the guys that did Ascendancy. I never played too much of it, so I can't say how bad/good it may or may not be. If it's anything like Ascendancy then it is probably a decent game with atrocious AI. But the setting is cool and I like its spiritual, "primal forces" vibe. Its about space fish, which always seems to be a go-to whenever people want aliens that aren't either little green men or Giger rip-offs, but a lot of detail is spared for the history and philosophy of the creatures in the game so it doesn't come off as trite.
