The Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous Kickstarter campaign hit its romances stretch goal early this morning, about five days after it was announced. Now that we're in the final week of the campaign, things should progress a bit faster. As anticipated, the next stretch goal at $1,550,000 will double the number of attack animations in the game, making combat more visually interesting.

Have you ever paid close attention to the fights in Pathfinder: Kingmaker? A bit of swordplay, spells flying left, right, and center, and action happening all around your party! But the battle hunger can never be satisfied. We need more action packed into the fight—especially for martial weapons, so that shiny spells don’t steal the show. With our next stretch goal, characters (and NPCs!) in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous will take lessons in fencing, archery, and other disciplines, and the same fights will have better action! There will be twice as many attack animations for all weapons, which will make combat even more spectacular.

And, thanks to their extra training, your character and their companions will learn how to hold their weapons properly. This means that their stance in the inventory will correspond to the item they are holding! There will be noticeable differences between characters with nunchucks and rapiers. The variety of stances will add a nice little touch to the character and their sheet.
There's been some other Wrath of the Righteous news recently as well. On Monday, Owlcat announced that ubiquitous RPG streamer Cohh Carnage was joining up as a guest star voice actor, and they also ran an AMA session on Reddit today. The game was apparently present at PAX East and a couple of gameplay videos from there have surfaced on the web, including a seven minute combat reel at GameSpot and a whole 30 minutes of footage on a channel called Savage Gaming.

Perhaps Owlcat will release their own official full-length gameplay video closer to the end of the campaign.

Is there any improvement? Everything looks the same. 1.5 million my ass. It cost you nothing
Since this game is better than 99% of crpgs released for the past decade, it's real cost should be more than of those shitgames combined, which means millions (if not billions) of dollars.

Barely related, but I've been trying that turn-based mod in the last two days and HOLY SHIT it's actually quite good. It doesn't even feel like a fan made mode and these first hours it made the combat system in Kingmaker actually bearable for me.

Characters actually seem to do what I tell them to do, for a start, which is a nice change over their RTWP.

The biggest issue with it is the pathing sometimes breaks, though it's pretty rare.
