Wickedtoast also serves up a positive review of Reflexive's first attempt at a CRPG, Lionheart. They also give it a 4/5 rating, and say this:

Fans of the RPG genre would be foolish to miss out on LH:LotC which is an entertaining and enthralling game. However they will find, just as I did, while they glory in how their character has laid waste an entire dungeon they will be brought back down to earth by a midget goblin with a stupid haircut and promptly throw their mouse across the room in anger!
Nevertheless the replayability of LH:LotC cannot be ignored as the game really does play very differently depending on what character you play as I stated before. For that Black Isle should be applauded as it couldn't have been easy to structure the game for so many different character types.

And that dog's day keeps going!

Yes, it must have been very difficult for Black Isle to configure the game for so many different player types. Very difficult for Black Isle indeed.
