The Divinty 2 website has been getting updated regularly. Here's the latest:

As a Dragon Knight, you have been gifted (some would say cursed) with the ability to shape-shift between human and Dragon forms. Although being ground based, your human avatar still packs a mighty punch, and allows you to explore many areas that would simply be inaccessible to a monstrous creature. But shift to Dragon form and the whole sky suddenly opens up to you. Take flight and you can view the world from high among the clouds, and travel quickly from place to place.
[...]
In the same way your human form will fight enemies on the ground, as a Dragon you will face deadly adversaries in the air. As such, you have to be much more aware of your surroundings as danger can come from any direction, including above and below. Your unique Dragon character will gain experience for taking down enemies, just like your human does, and multiple skills can be improved.

Furries / people who like to play animals rejoice! No word on whether you can burn innocent villagers. There are also some screenshots over at WorthPlaying.

This is really old news...

I guess this is the oficial one :D

This is a example what to do with a engine like the oblivion one.

This game promise a lot, i just hope is like the first one , add the shiny bum bum graphics, and you have a game that got everything. (for his genre of course).

PS: the webpage of the game have change a lot, and again they have a music that make me let it open just for hear it, exactly like divine divinity, i remember open the game and stay on the menu just for hear the music. The one who make the post about music on games, just hear this one.

I wanna play a game where you can shapeshift into a fluffy white rabbit and then go on a rampage.

I see this is this another of those games that have no interface. Strange for a game that strives to be RPG. May I add everything looks mighty homogay, just like in Oblivion.

I don't really like the look of the dialogue interface, looks just like Two Worlds. The visuals themselves seem alright, a bit blotchy though.

This game looks pretty damn cool, fable/oblivion graphics aside. Those graphics don't have to dictate the gameplay(even if they almost always have). This may very well be a diamond in the rough. Divine Divinity was a great game, IMHO. More of that please!

Well, this is as far as a new Breath of fire game as were going to get. xD

Though seriously, there needs to be more games that allow you to shapeshift.

If Omikron and Scrapland are anything to go by, I'd really hope you won't get your wish.
