It's bold to do making ofs when all you have released is utter unfinished shit. What are they trying to prove ? That they are actually working sometimes? I should do making ofs for my bosses.

The Amerzone…

That mysterious land is both the source of my greatest joys… and my deepest disgrace.”
This sentence full of regrets, whispered by the explorer Valembois, will lead you on a deep initiatory quest, dotted with discoveries, encounters and secrets…

“Today, everything is in place. I have developed a new Hydrofloat that is specially designed for an expedition into the heart of Amerzone.”

Embark for a once-in-a-lifetime odyssey aboard a revolutionary machine, the Hydraflot. On land, at sea of in the air, this technological wonder will be waiting for in Amerzone – The Explorer’s Legacy, available on November 2024.

Gameplay of the original (the "enigmas") was horrendous (played it last year) but the way I see it in those trailers is they are (as usual with remakes) sabotaging the original charming atmosphere by making everything "beautiful" / "well rendered".

I remember Microids had a bunch of peculiar albeit buggy/unfinished adventure games in the arly 2000s. I'm quite certain I have played this but barely remember any of it.

I remember for instance this game called "Sinking Island", where you played a detective investigating a murder in a resort in the eponymous island in the process of being covered by the ocean. I remember it being promising than becoming a buggy and rushed mess.
