We find nothing and go back into the cave, which we didn't finish exploring.
Aside from the... whatever that was, we don't find anything else and leave through another exit.

Yeah. The runners in this were not all born equal. The more expensive ones and ones you can only access late game start with much better stats and gear. Though there's the tradeoff of not customizing them from the ground up (and racial bonuses/penalties). Still, if you hadn't invested in runners much till now, you wouldn't have to spend much time outfitting a nice team, regardless of what you were looking for.

However, we fuck up the skill roll anyways (should have bought a key) and I head to the nearest terminal to turn the security back off.
Cyberspace, rather than electronics. Red flagged corp run, while it's already on high alert? Don't mind if I do!
There will be no rat diplomacy in cyberspace today. All guns online.
Almost everything is black ice on a red or orange node.
And there are a LOT of nodes.
These round nodes actually do have a purpose sometimes: If I lacked electronics skill I could just nip in here and do this to turn off the locks without going so far as crashing the whole system. Assuming I find a terminal that isn't behind a locked door.
The CPU falls with ease:

Since we're already here, I decide to browse the datastores for any worthwhile cyberplunder.

With the system crashed, we move on to a higher floor. The heart is probably between floor 3 and 5, so we start at 3.
Opening random safes nets us a lot of useless junk we don't need.
We use our elite stealth ninja skills to not blunder into these guards and start an all out war. Yet.
Lots of terminals on this floor, but they're all cyber terminals, so we can't use electronics to get a clue.
Whole lot of nothing to be found.
Our wandering finally stumbles us into this random encounter (It just pops up by walking anywhere, even in hallways)
Our top notch computer skill can handle this with ease.
Well we're already here and searched nearly everywhere, so we must be close.
Argh!

Yeah thats right I'm updating after only two replies. Soon my desperate attention whoring will consume me and I shall become the new prosper.

But we came back prepared and cracked the CPU, leading us to delicious:
We actually get four notes, along with some generic files to sell. Ito's system is actually a good one to run for cash, if you're willing to dick around with rebuying cheap programs to feed the tarpits.
Artifacts are good. Wouldn't mind getting some of those. Though I have to ask; how old are these artifacts, and why are they in a tomb? This is shadowrun, not DnD. Didn't magic just show up recently in this world? Whatever.
Now that sounds fun.
Anyways, lets break into an obscenely powerful corp instead of pussy ass Fuchi and Mitsuhuma and Ares.
One wonders how a 7 foot cybered troll 'easily' makes it through a door built for humans, let alone security, but whatever.
Remember this asshole? I do.
This doesn't even set off an alarm.

Of course, we wipe them out easily and continue on our way. This place might as well be a gun and medkit factory for all we care.
Finally a computer terminal. It took so long the alarm wore off, so the run will be easier.
Quite easy in fact. Unlike most corp systems, this one is really centralized, and we get to the CPU very quickly.
We decide to loot the nearest datastores while we're here, and pick up a pile of notes.
Then we fuck the doors and cameras. Which is good, because nobody on our team has shit for electronics, and I still haven't bought a maglock key.
Sweet. I knew procrastination would pay off. The chopper pilot contact we know can take out out to the Sinsearach.
Pity it doesn't mention where the safe is in the Arcology.
Also, we get another mystery mail:
We probably won't follow through with these though, because it's a pain in the ass.
We continue blindly searching for the map, since we can't use electronics to get a clue and haven't blundered into any computer databases yet.
Shit! Fire all weapons! THROW ALL GRENADES! CAST METEOR SWARM!!!
Oh, nevermind.
We run into another company man, but this one manages to troll us:
Of course, we simply eradicate the futile resistance and move on.
The upper floors in Renraku are split like this. You need to go back down to floor 4 to get to the elevator on the other side of this wall.
On floor 6 we finally find the map:
We brilliantly use it to ward off SMG fire.
'Flash of insight' huh? We didn't maybe have an inkling it might be a map based on the entire reason we're even here? Derp.
Amusingly, the alarm that this triggers is silent. Guards show up and elevators stop working, but there's no audio cue that this is so.
At any rate, the ruckus dies down and we make our way back out. Now to try and find this 'Frosty' chick. I think we got some clues about her way back, she was one of the holopix or names in our brother's stash.
We probably talked to her during/around the time I lost all those screenshots. I think it involved lots of guns and her pissing herself. Probably why she moved away.
Elves know about other elves right?

We head to puyallup to bug the elves at the north end of town:
Still no dice here.
Time to phone in a favour then.
Easy money. A single file we ripped off Ito sold for over 6k after all.

Contrary to the message we just got, there's no actual alarm here. Not that it would make much of a difference. These are just your standard guards, and Marrs is still basically invincible. Not to mention our hoard of 50 medkits.
It's nice seeing a new area though.
Lovely colour scheme for a prison really. Nicer than my place, actually.
And the rooms are bigger than the Coffin Motel. We can walk into any cell we want at will. No maglocks or anything. All in all this place feels rather unfinished.
It takes a bit of wandering, but the place is mostly empty and no events pop up.

Joshua starts going down too, and our bullets aren't even scratching thon. He might be 'vulnerable' but he's still armored as fuck. SMGs are not the way to go.
We patch everyone up and let Marrs get swinging.
Marrs lands every swing, and Thon can't do jack except sit there and flinch.

Of course, Thon is already half dead, so that's kind of pointless.

And the rooms are bigger than the Coffin Motel. We can walk into any cell we want at will. No maglocks or anything. All in all this place feels rather unfinished.

By the way, the endgame is indeed rushed, you actually cannot kill the end-boss, he regenerates at a certain point of the battle, triggering the dragon's attack. You can theoretically kill him before he does by using high-level Runners and powerful weapons, but if you do so the game freezes. Also, Harlequin is actually an original elf, as in: An immortal demigod-like warrior, with EXTREME magical powers. He usually works as a walking plot-device, perfect to railroad the PCs, as it happens here.

I basically read everything in one (well, more like three or four) sitting. This LP was useful because like that other poster, I couldn't into this game. The combat was way too chaotic at the beginning and I ran away (edit: to play the snes version, I think). But this ending...
Harlequin is EXTREME, but he sure is a lazy fuck. Even the psychic help is the Council's work. Actually, it seems that NPCs get less useful as the game progresses.
Thon is funny, too. He goes from a robe on his portrait, to naked form during combat, to goofy red wifebeater during the ending.
