So, where were we... ah yes, hellhound pelt GET. We bring it back the great shaman Cannot-Fetch-Objects:
SRu129-1.png

Well I'm sure you're all flabbergasted at this turn of events. Off we go into the wilderness.
SRu130-1.png

Dragons live in caves right? Lets hope so.
SRu131-1.png

SRu132-1.png

SRu133-1.png

SRu134-1.png

Hopefully the caves they live in are also manmade and filled with lava and working electricity.
SRu135-1.png

SRu136-1.png

SRu137-1.png

Well, no dragon, but an exit.
SRu138-1.png

Yeah these aren't an actual threat any more.
SRu139-1.png

SRu140-1.png

We find nothing and go back into the cave, which we didn't finish exploring.
SRu141-1.png

Aside from the... whatever that was, we don't find anything else and leave through another exit.
SRu142-1.png

SRu143-1.png

SRu144-1.png

A bridge! Bridges are good. I think. Corpses kinda not so much.
SRu145-1.png

SRu146-1.png

Yet another cavern. Holy fuck.
SRu147-1.png

SRu148-1.png

Yet another exit. And another bridge.
SRu149-1.png

SRu150-1.png

A swamp, I guess? Not sure what all that is supposed to be.

But we find civilization! Or what passes for such around here:
SRu151-1.png

SRu152-1.png

Also, I just crawled through like, 50 miles of caverns filled with undead and horrible beasts. You seen any dragons? No? Fuck.
SRu153-1.png

SRu154-1.png

SRu155-1.png

Holy shit, we stumbled somewhere useful. Maybe.
SRu156-1.png

SRu157-1.png

Apparently we aren't Shepard enough to collargrab guys that can light you on fire by looking at you. Though honestly, we could probably rip him in half with gunfire.
SRu158-1.png

SRu160-1.png

Our brother's best friend looks kinda gay. Also, maybe you shouldn't let him hold a gun and extend razorblades from his arm while he's asleep.
SRu162-1.png

Yeah I think pretty much everything prefers meat over metal.
SRu164-1.png

So you're not going to give us his stuff? Guess we have to save him then.
SRu165-1.png

SRu166-1.png

SRu167-1.png

Many a spelunking later, we get back to the city. Of course, rather than save the can of spam, we decide to follow up on a clue we picked up a while ago:
SRu169-1.png

SRu170-1.png

SRu171-1.png

Door fees are for lesser chummers. We should be charging him just for getting a look at us.
SRu172-1.png

Hello princess.
SRu173-1.png

SRu174-1.png

Oh frag. All the information will leak out of the bullet holes. We'll have to DISCUSS with these fine gentlemen and reach an agreement.
SRu175-1.png

(It took about 10 seconds to murder everyone dumb enough to not have a cybered troll on their team.)
SRu176-1.png

SRu177-1.png

Yeah you're not really in a strong bargaining position right now.
SRu178-1.png

Actual answers. Who'd have guessed?
SRu180-1.png

So the pointy earned bastard knew more than he's been letting on huh? We'll discuss this with him later.
SRu182-1.png

SRu183-1.png

SRu184-1.png

SRu185-1.png

SRu186-1.png

More like if we want answers we better put some holes in him before Renraku does.
SRu187-1.png

SRu188-1.png

SRu189-1.png

We'd leave a tip for the friendly service, but the place is pretty filthy. I mean, you gotta at least clean the corpses up, you know?
SRu190-1.png

We check out this place first but Ito isn't here.
SRu191-1.png

SRu192-1.png

Playing tag makes my fingers itchy.
SRu193-1.png

SRu194-1.png

Bingo.
SRu195-1.png

SRu196-1.png

Fuck, that guy just spilled tomato juice all over Marrs! This won't end well:
SRu197-1.png

One of them cleverly escapes us by dissolving into a cloud of ashes.
SRu198-1.png

Who says dead men tell no tales?
SRu199-1.png

Must be the guy (Stark) we're (maybe) going to save.
SRu201-1.png

SRu203-1.png

Sounds like Stark might have some info for us, if he was already suspicious.
SRu204-1.png

Ohhhh. Someone just got added to our stalking list.
SRu205-1.png

This would be cool if not for us already being obscenely rich.
SRu207-1.png

Nice.

So, where to next, intrepid followers? Moar dragon hunting? Save Stark? Matrix run that system? Track down Vigore and this 'Thon' guy?

Save Stark. Too bad you already have a full geared out team. I heard he was actually a pretty powerful party member right from the get-go ?

Yeah. The runners in this were not all born equal. The more expensive ones and ones you can only access late game start with much better stats and gear. Though there's the tradeoff of not customizing them from the ground up (and racial bonuses/penalties). Still, if you hadn't invested in runners much till now, you wouldn't have to spend much time outfitting a nice team, regardless of what you were looking for.

Err, how do you edit the thread title, if that's possible now?

So is anyone even bothering to read this still? If not I can just do one last barebones post of everything between here and the ending, instead of going into so much detail.

I already knew and played it before this thread, but good that you have shown to the Codex the best RPG ever made for a console.*

Update: 10? Lets call it 10.

SRun000.png

But where oh where could we possibly find-
SRun001.png

Oh. Right.
SRun002.png

SRun003.png

Well that was fucking easy.

SRun005.png

Or not. Decline of women doctors.
SRun006.png

SRun008.png

SRun009.png

I take that back, she's a BRO after all. To the corp-raid mobile!
SRun010.png

SRun011.png

SRun012.png

Look familiar?
SRun013.png

Fuchi security is light for a corp. Level 2 maglocks are a joke.
SRun014.png

However, we fuck up the skill roll anyways (should have bought a key) and I head to the nearest terminal to turn the security back off.
SRun015.png

Cyberspace, rather than electronics. Red flagged corp run, while it's already on high alert? Don't mind if I do!
SRun016.png

There will be no rat diplomacy in cyberspace today. All guns online.
SRun017.png

SRun018.png

Almost everything is black ice on a red or orange node.
SRun019.png

And there are a LOT of nodes.
SRun020.png

These round nodes actually do have a purpose sometimes: If I lacked electronics skill I could just nip in here and do this to turn off the locks without going so far as crashing the whole system. Assuming I find a terminal that isn't behind a locked door.

The CPU falls with ease:
SRun021.png

SRun022.png

We cancel the alert. The whole system is fucking huge:
SRun023.png

Since we're already here, I decide to browse the datastores for any worthwhile cyberplunder.
SRun024.png

SRun025.png

Well you don't see that every day. We'll check it out later.
SRun026.png

With the system crashed, we move on to a higher floor. The heart is probably between floor 3 and 5, so we start at 3.
SRun027.png

SRun028.png

SRun029.png

SRun030.png

Opening random safes nets us a lot of useless junk we don't need.
SRun031.png

We use our elite stealth ninja skills to not blunder into these guards and start an all out war. Yet.
SRun032.png

SRun033.png

Lots of terminals on this floor, but they're all cyber terminals, so we can't use electronics to get a clue.
SRun034.png

SRun035.png

SRun036.png

SRun037.png

Whole lot of nothing to be found.
SRun038.png

Our wandering finally stumbles us into this random encounter (It just pops up by walking anywhere, even in hallways)
SRun039.png

Our top notch computer skill can handle this with ease.
SRun040.png

Well we're already here and searched nearly everywhere, so we must be close.
SRun041.png

SRun042.png

Argh!
SRun043.png

Electronics terminal found shortly after we dont need it of course.
SRun044.png

Why hello there. Me and my troll friend here were on the TOUR you see, and-
SRun045.png

SRun046.png

SRun047.png

Racists!
SRun048.png

SRun049.png

Of course, this barely slows us down:
SRun050.png

SRun051.png

Wiz. Now to get out. First we need to turn off the security to unlock the elevators and exit.
SRun052.png

SRun053.png

SRun054.png

We had to murder some more guards and turn the security off again on the way out, but it was null sweat.
SRun055.png

Damn straight we're amazing.
SRun056.png

Did he go on a rampage and kill everyone? That would be pretty cool. We do that all the time.
SRun057.png

SRun058.png

Oh, so he just fucked off without saying thanks. Ungrateful ass. We'll track him down right away.

Underground 93 knows us well:
SRun059.png

SRun060.png

We approach the handsome gentleman at the bar.
SRun061.png

Finally, someone who was there, we cang et some real answers.
SRun062.png

SRun063.png

Not really the story I meant, pal.
SRun064.png

Well thats at least somewhat related. How about what actually happened?
SRun065.png

:hmmm:
SRun066.png

Elven tomb huh? That reminds me, we need to go ask Caleb for an explanation. Does Stark want to come with us?
SRun067.png

He boots Trent right out of the party if we offer to let him join.
SRun068.png

Stark is a real piece of work, though he isn't the powerhouse Trent or Mars have become:
SRun069.png

SRun070.png

SRun071.png

Who needs lungs when you can have wires instead!

We check our notebook for that file we download earlier:
SRun072.png

:itisamystery:

You want me to read a LP of a SMD game?

Well, why not?

:obviously:

Fuck sidequests, continue with the main one (trace Tracer Thong).

Update 11!

Yeah thats right I'm updating after only two replies. Soon my desperate attention whoring will consume me and I shall become the new prosper.

Anyways. Thon. He's bad. Lets go kill him, or something.
SRuna0001.png

So lets go find them.
SRuna0002.png

SRuna0003.png

Guess they were smarter than Ito. Lets go talk to Caleb then.
SRuna0004.png

Unfortunately this is all we can ask him.
SRuna0005.png

What are you, a fog machine? Thon alreadys seems mysterious and 'shadowy' enough. I asked you what you know about him, not to set the mood. Asshole.

Lets go through a dead guy's stuff.
SRuna0006.png

SRuna0007.png

Not even an ICE on the front door. Makes you think this is an easy run right? It's a TARP! I mean trap. Tarpits to be exact. Two of them, and they're special. These ones trigger even when you don't fail, automatically eating whatever program you used first on the next two nodes. Major dick move.
SRuna0009.png

But we came back prepared and cracked the CPU, leading us to delicious:
SRuna0008.png

We actually get four notes, along with some generic files to sell. Ito's system is actually a good one to run for cash, if you're willing to dick around with rebuying cheap programs to feed the tarpits.
SRuna0011.png

Artifacts are good. Wouldn't mind getting some of those. Though I have to ask; how old are these artifacts, and why are they in a tomb? This is shadowrun, not DnD. Didn't magic just show up recently in this world? Whatever.
SRuna0012.png

SRuna0013.png

Now that sounds fun.
SRuna0014.png

:hmmm:

Anyways, lets break into an obscenely powerful corp instead of pussy ass Fuchi and Mitsuhuma and Ares.
SRuna0015.png

SRuna0016.png

One wonders how a 7 foot cybered troll 'easily' makes it through a door built for humans, let alone security, but whatever.
SRuna0017.png

Remember this asshole? I do.
SRuna0018.png

This doesn't even set off an alarm. Sucker.
SRuna0019.png

Well fuck. Thats just not fair. We didn't even get a chance to DISCUSS with them.
SRuna0020.png

Of course, we wipe them out easily and continue on our way. This place might as well be a gun and medkit factory for all we care.
SRuna0021.png

Finally a computer terminal. It took so long the alarm wore off, so the run will be easier.
SRuna0022.png

Quite easy in fact. Unlike most corp systems, this one is really centralized, and we get to the CPU very quickly.
SRuna0023.png

We decide to loot the nearest datastores while we're here, and pick up a pile of notes.
SRuna0024.png

Then we fuck the doors and cameras. Which is good, because nobody on our team has shit for electronics, and I still haven't bought a maglock key.
SRuna0025.png

SRuna0026.png

Sweet. I knew procrastination would pay off. The chopper pilot contact we know can take out out to the Sinsearach.
SRuna0027.png

Pity it doesn't mention where the safe is in the Arcology.
SRuna0028.png

SRuna0029.png

Also, we get another mystery mail:
SRuna0030.png

SRuna0031.png

We probably won't follow through with these though, because it's a pain in the ass.
SRuna0032.png

We continue blindly searching for the map, since we can't use electronics to get a clue and haven't blundered into any computer databases yet.
SRuna0033.png

Shit! Fire all weapons! THROW ALL GRENADES! CAST METEOR SWARM!!!
SRuna0034.png

Oh, nevermind.

We run into another company man, but this one manages to troll us:
SRuna0035.png

Of course, we simply eradicate the futile resistance and move on.
SRuna0036.png

The upper floors in Renraku are split like this. You need to go back down to floor 4 to get to the elevator on the other side of this wall.
SRuna0037.png

On floor 6 we finally find the map:
SRuna0038.png

We brilliantly use it to ward off SMG fire.
SRuna0039.png

SRuna0040.png

'Flash of insight' huh? We didn't maybe have an inkling it might be a map based on the entire reason we're even here? Derp.
SRuna0041.png

Amusingly, the alarm that this triggers is silent. Guards show up and elevators stop working, but there's no audio cue that this is so.
SRuna0042.png

At any rate, the ruckus dies down and we make our way back out. Now to try and find this 'Frosty' chick. I think we got some clues about her way back, she was one of the holopix or names in our brother's stash.
SRuna0043.png

We probably talked to her during/around the time I lost all those screenshots. I think it involved lots of guns and her pissing herself. Probably why she moved away.
SRuna0044.png

Elves know about other elves right?
SRuna0045.png

Or not. Why couldn't we ask this earlier? Whatever.
SRuna0046.png

We head to puyallup to bug the elves at the north end of town:
SRuna0047.png

SRuna0048.png

Still no dice here.
SRuna0049.png

SRuna0050.png

SRuna0051.png

Time to phone in a favour then.
SRuna0052.png

Easy money. A single file we ripped off Ito sold for over 6k after all.
SRuna0053.png

SRuna0054.png

A pity there's no option to declare war on the entire nation of these assholes. We settle for questions.
SRuna0055.png

SRuna0056.png

SRuna0057.png

Then take me to your leader, Spock.
SRuna0058.png

SRuna0059.png

Oh right, this is why we don't kill all the elves. The chicks look better than the dwarves and trolls and orcs.
SRuna0060.png

My fetch-sense is tingling.
SRuna0061.png

Does this ritual involve female elves? That would be cool.
SRuna0062.png

If I have to track down some fucking foozle dung I am going to be rather pissed, lady.
SRuna0063.png

Power of friendship huh? Maybe when we get back we can skip the rest of the quest by challenging them to a children's card game.
SRuna0064.png

This would be extraordinarily annoying if we weren't disgustingly wealthy.
SRuna0065.png

Almost there folks!

Update: Last one chummers!

SRunbf0002.png

The stupid chick we need to deliver the package to is actually in the outpost right by where we get dropped off, so this whole test takes like, 1 minute.
SRunbf0003.png

Yeah whatever lady.
SRunbf0004.png

I hope you enjoy these wonderful blankets made of buffalo turds.
SRunbf0005.png

Oh god. This sounds like that thing someone was just talking about...
SRunbf0006.png

Oh. Thats not so bad. Unless she's a tranny. She's a tranny isn't she?
SRunbf0007.png

We hit up ol' Roscoe for some info. He may not offer juicy runs, but he's pretty damned well connected.
SRunbf0008.png

Right here in Redmond huh? Lets pay her a visit then.
SRunbf0009.png

Our old friends seem to have forgotten us. We remind them.
SRunbf0010.png

Sorry pal, but I know how effective those storm-trooper getups actually are.
SRunbf0011.png

Fuck, it's supposed to work the other way!
SRunbf0012.png

We actually have to do this twice,
SRunbf0013.png

Third time is the charm.
SRunbf0014.png

Contrary to the message we just got, there's no actual alarm here. Not that it would make much of a difference. These are just your standard guards, and Marrs is still basically invincible. Not to mention our hoard of 50 medkits.
SRunbf0015.png

It's nice seeing a new area though.
SRunbf0016.png

Lovely colour scheme for a prison really. Nicer than my place, actually.
SRunbf0017.png

And the rooms are bigger than the Coffin Motel. We can walk into any cell we want at will. No maglocks or anything. All in all this place feels rather unfinished.
SRunbf0018.png

It takes a bit of wandering, but the place is mostly empty and no events pop up.
SRunbf0019.png

This must be her.
SRunbf0020.png

Damn, she's actually kinda cute. Nice outfit.
SRunbf0021.png

You know, we could just go with you. Our guns aren't made out of garbage.
SRunbf0022.png

Can you imagine if she were around at the start of the game? Man, we'd kick so much ass.
SRunbf0023.png

Yeah, we somehow manage that daunting challenge.
SRunbf0024.png

She's waiting here just like she said.
SRunbf0025.png

She's called two fists because she's got good melee and grenade chucking skills, if you were wondering. Of course, she's not a troll...
SRunbf0026.png

SRunbf0027.png

Though she apparently got trolled pretty hard. Tough break sis.
SRunbf0028.png

Looks like we found some waifu material. Lets ask about Thon.
SRunbf0029.png

SRunbf0030.png

So you're not a complete retard then. What about magical dead elf guy?
SRunbf0031.png

Guess we have another 5000 cred taxi to take.
SRunbf0032.png

I think Ilene joins us for free if we ask, like Stark.
SRunbf0033.png

But she won't kick anyone else out to do so.
SRunbf0034.png

Oh yes, let the brownnosing begin, you green blooded pussy. Shadowrun elves have green blood right?
SRunbf0035.png

SRunbf0036.png

We crossed our fingers though. I'm totally still gonna murder all sorts of wildlife around here. :troll:
SRunbf0037.png

SRunbf0038.png

SRunbf0039.png

Are you going to teach me cool elf secrets now? I want to do that walking on top of snow thing Legolas did.
SRunbf0040.png

Oh lame, they're just a bunch of hippies. I should have just collar grabbed her from the start.
SRunbf0041.png

SRunbf0042.png

Yeah that was probably a pointless question. Tell me about someone who isn't dead.
SRunbf0043.png

SRunbf0044.png

And now for the entire reason we're even here.
SRunbf0045.png

SRunbf0046.png

Oh come ON.
SRunbf0047.png

Let the dragon hunt begin!
SRunbf0048.png

SRunbf0049.png

I think Nethack has fewer caves than this game.
SRunbf0050.png

And of course, this cave is filled with all the monsters we needed for the other ingredients too. We could have gotten them all in one run if the elder weren't such a dick.
SRunbf0051.png

And again, whats with all the signs of habitation? We're not even close to civilization any more.
SRunbf0052.png

Must be the right spot then.
SRunbf0053.png

Our weapons don't need unholstering. We just carry them around at all times. These punks didn't even scratch us.
SRunbf0054.png

One last door.
SRunbf0055.png

We don't actually have to fight here, it's just fluff text.
SRunbf0056.png

Kinda wish it was stupid enough to attack us. Dragon fight would have been pretty epic.
SRunbf0057.png

SRunbf0058.png

I'd probably choose the troll answer, if it didn't make us sound like utter wimps. Where's the 'My cat died and I was looking for a new housepet' option?
SRunbf0059.png

Draq is a true bro. I was actually tempted to tag him here, hehe.
SRunbf0060.png

Ooh, you have a dragon hoard right? Bring on the magical weapons and shit! I wanna see Marrs use a fig fucking sword.
SRunbf0061.png

Pfft. Your dragon senses need a checkup dude.
SRunbf0062.png

Does it count as a deus-ex-machina when they foreshadow it THIS hard?
SRunbf0063.png

About time.
SRunbf0064.png

Entering again doesn't get us anything.
SRunbf0065.png

We have to hoof it back to the elves. In retrospect, all the dragon totems would be a pretty good hint if we'd managed to find them earlier.
SRunbf0066.png

We try asking the guard about frosty instead of the elders, but he doesn't know jack shit. Chopper time, back to council island.
SRunbf0067.png

SRunbf0068.png

Better be a damned good answer.
SRunbf0069.png

SRunbf0070.png

Seriously?
SRunbf0071.png

This is it? This might have been kind of useful like, 3 updates ago.
SRunbf0072.png

You mean by killing my brother and getting me to embark on a mission of revenge? NO SHIT.
SRunbf0073.png

Or what, he'll kill someone else's brother? I don't give a fuck dude. I was going to kill him anyways.

Admittedly, we actually could have gotten this done 3 updates ago. You can walk to the dragon lair from the salish, it just takes forever and I didn't know the way.
SRunbf0074.png

Yep, thats all he tells us. What a useless cunt. A name and that's it. For all those fucking items. Worst shaman EVER.
SRunbf0075.png

But now we can finally talk to Frosty.
SRunbf0076.png

Epic shoulderpads on this one.
SRunbf0077.png

Yeah we're pretty awesome like that.
SRunbf0078.png

You'd think that would be obvious to the people involved at this point.
SRunbf0079.png

Wow, thats even more useless than what the shaman told us! Grats!
SRunbf0080.png

Also useless.
SRunbf0081.png

Well whatever, he knew the risks.
SRunbf0082.png

:hahaohwow:
SRunbf0083.png

The writers must have started smoking the good stuff when the thought up the endgame.
SRunbf0084.png

At least this is actually info we can act on. To the barrens!
SRunbf0085.png

Man, if we could have just busted our way in back when we found this place... oh well. I suppose breaking into every heavily guarded building in Seattle wouldn't make a lot of sense.
SRunbf0086.png

Why so serious?
SRunbf0087.png

Yeah I really appreciate all that help you gave me. Douchebag.
SRunbf0088.png

SRunbf0089.png

Yeah, we haven't killed like 200 guys to get an apology buddy.
SRunbf0090.png

Oh, that's actually kinda cool.
SRunbf0091.png

So he's a Kwan spirit that needs to consume a lot huh? :patriot:
SRunbf0092.png

Why do we even need to ask that? Meat shields, obviously.
SRunbf0093.png

SRunbf0094.png

You were scared of Ito and not us? Guess you haven't been watching us that closely after all. I mean, how hard would that be anyways? We greased like half a dozen guards on the way in and out of Hollywood just for fun. I doubt that got covered up.
SRunbf0095.png

SRunbf0096.png

Please tell me you have the other half already.
SRunbf0097.png

Oh ffs.
SRunbf0098.png

Dude we worked for him.
SRunbf0099.png

SRunbf0100.png

Its not like we HAD any information back then anyways.
SRunbf0101.png

We go all over the place turning up everyone we can think, from Caleb to Roscoe, and nobody has heard a peep. Nobody except...
SRunbf0102.png

Would you believe that? This lowlife of all people? I'm surprised he didn't get killed just for knowing Vigore's name.
SRunbf0103.png

Time for an epic rat's nest battle!
SRunbf0104.png

Or not. Is that supposed to be a level one maglock? I don't think those even exist in actual gameplay.
SRunbf0105.png

So the half we got was locked in a safe at the top of Renraku HQ, but both maps, together, are abandoned in this shanty with no guards or even locks. Geez.
SRunbf0106.png

How boring.
SRunbf0107.png

Why are we acting like this guy is our new boss? He ought to be scared shitless of US by now.
SRunbf0108.png

SRunbf0109.png

Our already been there and left. I mean, they just left these laying around.
SRunbf0110.png

SRunbf0111.png

SRunbf0112.png

What about your guards? I mean, we're badass and all, but if you actually give a fuck why not actually help us out?
SRunbf0113.png

Whatever. Our current team will do fine.
SRunbf0114.png

Lets do this!
SRunbf0115.png

SRunbf0116.png

So, in other words, you're scared of Thon and need us to perform all the 'diplomacy' huh? Thats fine.
SRunbf0117.png

SRunbf0118.png

Theres a ton of these guns in a big long room, but they all drop like flies.
SRunbf0119.png

SRunbf0120.png

Another unique area that barely gets used. Figures. We keep moving and head through a doorway.
SRunbf0121.png

Our foe... is a furry!
SRunbf0122.png

Oh wtf is this bullshit.
SRunbf0123.png

Damn straight we're in control!
SRunbf0124.png

Physical damage? Let me check my things, I might have some of that around here somewhere...
SRunbf0125.png

SRunbf0126.png

We grease these two morons (Vigore and Jarl? They never get mentioned) and go to work on Thon.
SRunbf0127.png

Unfortunately Marrs drops right away. Thon casts some sort of crazy ass magic that rips him up, ignoring his defense.
SRunbf0128.png

Joshua starts going down too, and our bullets aren't even scratching thon. He might be 'vulnerable' but he's still armored as fuck. SMGs are not the way to go.
SRunbf0129.png

We patch everyone up and let Marrs get swinging.
SRunbf0130.png

Marrs lands every swing, and Thon can't do jack except sit there and flinch.
SRunbf0131.png

Oh, Draq has arrived.
SRunbf0132.png

Of course, Thon is already half dead, so that's kind of pointless.
SRunbf0133.png

SRunbf0134.png

We'll pretend those fireblasts were actually necessary though.
SRunbf0135.png

SRunbf0136.png

I deselected Thon somehow without realizing it. He's probably in the red by now though.
SRunbf0138.png

Yeah, he's pretty much nearly spaghetti sauce already bro.
SRunbf0139.png

That seems needlessly convoluted.
SRunbf0140.png

I guess they don't make elven tombs like they used to.
SRunbf0141.png

Oh man, you just had to bring the cheese didn't you?
SRunbf0142.png

SRunbf0143.png

SRunbf0144.png

SRunbf0145.png

SRunbf0146.png

SRunbf0147.png

SRunbf0148.png

SRunbf0149.png

Congrats for the finished lp, you furry-nazi (that sounds so weird)!!

By the way, the endgame is indeed rushed, you actually cannot kill the end-boss, he regenerates at a certain point of the battle, triggering the dragon's attack. You can theoretically kill him before he does by using high-level Runners and powerful weapons, but if you do so the game freezes. Also, Harlequin is actually an original elf, as in: An immortal demigod-like warrior, with EXTREME magical powers. He usually works as a walking plot-device, perfect to railroad the PCs, as it happens here.

I basically read everything in one (well, more like three or four) sitting. This LP was useful because like that other poster, I couldn't into this game. The combat was way too chaotic at the beginning and I ran away (edit: to play the snes version, I think). But this ending...

ghostbusters_end.png

Harlequin is EXTREME, but he sure is a lazy fuck. Even the psychic help is the Council's work. Actually, it seems that NPCs get less useful as the game progresses.

Thon is funny, too. He goes from a robe on his portrait, to naked form during combat, to goofy red wifebeater during the ending.

:salute:

Who knows, maybe I will play both Shadowruns (GEN/SNES) at some point...
