So, it looks like Eutechnyx, the developers of "Warhammer 40k: Storm of Vengance", may have tried to "pull an Arkania HD" and release a beta title on Steam. And by "release" I mean NOT Early Access. It even had the word BETA in the title. 
Total Biscuit did not approve:

If it hadn't been a game based on a famous license I wonder if they'd have been forced to do that. By the way, these are the same guys who made Ride to Hell: Retribution.

I knew that this "early access" stuff would be used to make consumers pay for incomplete games that would languish in that state for months and months. It's a joke. I refuse to buy a single early access game. What happened to not delivering a game before it's done? Digital distribution is a total toilet now.

After seeing Wh40k being subjected to a savage gang-rape since 1999, I don't even feel anything about it.
One thing that I can say is that this game is a part of a logical decline from Final Liberation through Dawn of War to this.
