I hate seeing the @ in front of the user name. It looks so uncivilised.

That's how you know he's a professional web dev.
I'm not a web dev. Haven't figured out a way to abstract away all of HTML, CSS and JavaScript without losing functionality. Only ever wrote some DSLs to automatically escape strings and of course avoid writing end tags.

Just to illustrate, here's what an extremely smart man once wrote.
Erik Naggum said:
Robbery is not just another way of making a living, rape is not just another
way of satisfying basic human needs, torture is not just another way of
interrogation. And XML is not just another way of writing S-exps. There are
some things in life that you do not do if you want to be a moral being and feel
proud of what you have accomplished.

Twiglard are there any CSS tricks to hide threads with no new messages from the watched thread list?
CSS:
body[data-template="watched_threads_list"] .structItem--thread:not(.is-unread) {
    display: none;
}
Absolutely beautiful, exactly how I wanted my watched threads to look like! Thank you very much!

I remember you mentioning that doing this "properly" requires a paid plugin. If it's not too much of a bother could you explain why, as I have no knowledge of workings of XenForo, or any other forum to be honest.

Might have been mentioned, but embedded Youtube videos are freaking huge now for me on Firefox. Takes up the whole screen.

I forgot about the fluid layout. They now have a max width of 1280px 1024px. Is that acceptable?

Some thread's minimum width on mobile is again smaller than 100%, and non-centered. Must be when there's certain types of content in the posts.

The forum software needs to be extended in order to support additional configuration of the watched threads page.
They are failing pretty spectacularly for me
DU was trying to get it right. And he did.

Why are the new Youtube insertions so enormous? They were occupying too much space as it was. Now a thread where everyone posts 3 music vids will be impossible to browse normally. Also youtube thumbs are not supposed to be this large so they look hideous and the pixels are all washed out.

If someone wants to watch a video full-screen, there's a button for it.

Also, is it possible to have some kind of a widget that automatically turns images into thumbnails, like in the old quotations? Those were great.
