Never. Roguelikes have died, kicked out of their genre, and Roguelikes have risen, which play nothing like Rogue. Unless the masses somehow start respecting Berlin Interpretation and games like Nethack, CDDA, and undo the semantic broadening that happened over the last 15 years, which I highly doubt.
