That's the idea. It's there to stop people from mass-quoting a post and writing: "This", "This Codexes is correct" or something like that. If anything the disagree button should go since if you think that uses is wrong you should be able to tell why do you disagree with him.

I don't like calling things retarded, even if we spell it wrong. It's wrong to make fun of the most vulnerable people in our society. I watched a commercial where some kid came on and explained how it made him feel dehumanized or a lesser when people would call random things retarded and I kind of agree with his sentiment. It's a shame society fought for only gay people or black people but ignored retarded people who deserve it the most.
