This whole "MCA worship" shtick is getting kinda old. Maybe it's time to stop before it gets even sillier?

Ohh, someone is jealous!

One of the most annoying things about Avellone for me was his constant TALKING about how things should be and good or great design philosophies and ideas - then seeing him involved in very limited ways in actual design of Obsidian games that were not exactly up to par with his thoughts on game design.

It really got aggravating at some point, seeing all that dissonance.

Hopefully, NOW... with Wasteland 2 merely chucking away he will use the opportunity to put his words into something awesome actually happening.
:salute:

Well how much was his fault and how much was Feargus' fault for locking Obsidian into shitty deals where they had to follow the publisher vision rather than their own? Maybe he could have been more forceful but he doesn't seem like the type that rages but rather lets things slide.

I doubt that even in W2 he'll have complete freedom as he's pretty much just helping to flesh out Brian's and Jason's idea. The big thing will be with the Obsidian KS. Now THAT will be the true test of what MCA stands for.
