What's with that guy on top left side of the site he usually was holding dice, but now and then he look like some mexican

If you're actually being serious, the image on the upper-left corner is randomized from 26 possible pictures and can be re-rolled by clicking on it.
Also, the Codex has this

Also, the Codex has thisas a stored image, which seems fairly prestigious and should be moved into the stock images section (under the smilies button).

Top left I see a codex troll diving head-first into an open side of a d20, no matter how many times I refresh.

It used to change every time you refreshed the page. Since the new software (I think) you have to click it specifically in order to change it.
