Heres a half-baked idea, without much concern for rules and regualtions:

An in-game book called adventurers codex, or something similar. I propose it be a tale of bad and battered crpg tropes: Ie. the tale of an orphaned amnesiac personalityless stranger, who has to hunt rats, graduating to ice elementals, romancing he/she-skavens, saving the world with constant regularity, etc.

As an extra, there should be something usefull attached to it; like a quest or a "treasure code". That a code embedded in the text or the design leads to a treasure of some use (ie, not a bullshit artifact), but some decent item like a "Codex Cudgel" or other handy item.
