They don't even look like the same character. DA2 Cass was Morrigan with a pixie cut. Still I wouldn't call DA:I's Cass completely unattractive, just much more masculine, especially with the broader jawline. The eyes however look like they're a bit too close to each other.

I'm sure we'll be seing more + sized morbidly obese and tranny characters in games in the future. It's interesting how even the woke bioware made mass effect full of wank material while at the same time including some of these modern woke design decisions back in 2007.

Bioware used to know their audience before they insulated themselves from criticism and began to think the insane legbeards are their core audience.

Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines has ugly characters and it's a great game.
Not everyone has to look like a super model for a game to be good.

They are a major one now, anyway. Maybe Bioware chose to pander to them because their praises were the loudest? Their games always had those elements of "accessibility" like epic stories and endearing characters that appeal to the broadest possible audience, and also same-sex romances. And so, it became a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Some of them are indeed "interesting", and many show signs of budget/time restraints. It's a game of extremes with also Jeannette and VV in it.

Yeah, of course. But both men and women will prefer pretty characters over ugly ones, everything else being equal.

Um, why exactly would you need to silence such a campaign? Just ignore it, it'll die down on its own in a few weeks at most.

I think the problem is that you see 'bigoted and hateful' rhetoric as abnormal and exotic, whereas it is the norm in the target audience. It is simply the prevalent reaction to Anglo SJW excesses around the world. The pro-SJW stuff is generally not seen as reasonable around the world. As shown earlier, the Anglo audience cannot be a major priority for a prestigious RPG website on account that as a rule, they don't make or play good games there any more, and instead play rubbish. They are a priority for developers because they pay a lot, but that doesn't matter so much for a forum. Furthermore, the person who resists the unfortunate prevailing trends and commercial pressure in the Anglo gaming world is probably capable of resisting it in other domains, such as anti-white brainwashing.

The delightful bit is that morality aligns with success here. Comparing RPGCodex to RPGWatch would make sense because they are quite similar structurally, started at around similar time, have a similar topic, except that the Codex tolerates free speech and has a more rowdy attitude. You can see that over time, RPGCodex has turned out to be much more successful.

I remember browsing rpgwatch, then one day they started claiming that arcania a gothic tale was a good game.
I felt like an alien because lots of websites would do the same.
My sanity was restored when I discovered the codex through a scalding review.
