That Charger has way less BV than the 1A5, so let's just stick with the listed mechs. Small lasers also might be a bit underpowered when playing double blind.

I chose the most Michael Bay-ish colours to set this thing up for some big explosions. Lance 1 will henceforth be called Orange, while lance 2 will be Cyan. Cyan set up in the SW of the map heading straight for Orange in the NE. Apart from the fire support Archer they have relatively few obstacles in their way and will be able to close the distance quickly. Orange is spread apart further, they might want to brace their lines for Cyan's assault.

Round 1 Movement (It's called Charger for a reason)

Both teams - being equipped with mostly short and medium range weapons - advance towards each other. Orange looks like they might try to use their better mobility in the woods to their advantage. Cyan is getting their Archer in a good position for fire support while the Centurion and Charger will engage head on. Meanwhile the Mongoose is moving along the ridge in the south. For such a light mech it packs good firepower and can be quite deadly should it get behind any of the bigger mechs.

And we're back. Finally. Cyan decides to pull back, after all they have 3 LRM launchers which outrange all of lance Orange. Meanwhile the Mongoose advances further along the ridge. Orange spreads out: while the two jump jet equipped mechs head west, the Wolverine turns around, ready to face the Mongoose, should it get too cocky. The 100t Annihilator advances, the forest will slow him down significantly and it may take a while until he'll be able to use his mighty arsenal.

Round 3 Movement (range advantage)

Orange decides to leave the Annihilator in the forest on the hill while the rest of the lance advances carefully. The Jenner and the Hatchetman jump again, focusing on not getting hit. In the east the Wolverine walks forward but right as he wants to fire his large laser the Mongoose drops to the ground. The Charger runs north towards the Jenner and Hatchetman getting backed up by the Centurion who climbs the hill, the Archer also seems to be heading a bit to the north to extend its reach.
