So in past i bashed the developers of this game due to the terrible shameful launch. Over time the game got patched and now we are at the point is an enjoyable experience.((in the unofficial servers of course)). I followed the last streams and seems to be the Developers now are more transparent and they have better plans for the future.

The overall direction of the game took a right turn. Recently the promised mounts from the early access got patched inside the game and despite in past they told there would not be mounted combat now the game has mounted combat too.

Felt right to write something about it since in past i shamelessy bashed the devs.

The US/NA PC version has no censorship, but you can disable nudity in the settings if you choose. Did you check the options? Might have been toggled off, but I have no idea why that would be. Didn't happen with any of the DLC I bought.

All I know is I was full nekkid playing the base game while the update was downloading in the background. I took a break and once I came back to the game (after the update had been installed) the nudity was no longer available. The option is still there to turn it on but it does fuck all. No matter what my character starts fully clothed. It's because my store region is fag USA so any updates/dlc will eliminate the nudity. I'll just play the base game, no fucks given.

How much of a constructionfag/explorefag are you? It's the same game offline or online, the question is, do you want to kill other players or show off your shit to other players? If not then play offline. For my part, I played on an official PVE/C server for about four years. Certain hours of the day your personage could be attacked. Your base was always invincible though. Made for some tense moments when coming across other barbarians on the way home with a haul of loot.

Can't speak for multiplayer because I hate people and avoid playing with them but the singleplayer is wonderful if you like games that don't hold your hand. This is one of the more extreme ones. You're thrown into a desert and you just have to try and not die. There's no tutorial, no tool tips, no quest. The best you get is some vague text on the side of the screen that says things like "find water" or "build a tool" but it never gives you directions or explains how anything works. You have to figure it all out yourself. It's great.

OMG just figured out I can update the game and still play in the nudie. GAME CHANGER, GOTY!

Just make sure you create a character in the base game before you install the latest update. Now you get boobies and vag + the improvements and new features. Seems like doing this breaks a few things though. I was unable to lock-on to enemies for example. I'm redoing the whole process to see if I can fix this. If it doesn't work then whatever. Lock-on is for weaklings anyway.

I fixed it. Targeting now works with the update. Take that, Sony!

I'm curious about this game. I remember playing a Conan DirectX game in 3rd person a few years ago that was pretty bad but because it had Conan and the Hyborian Age in it, it was actually pretty good. So playing a good Conan game should be even better. I regret that Epic removed Conan Exiles as a scheduled freebie a few months ago for some bizarre reason I can't remember, but I have a price alert at GG deals for when it's 5 bucks or so.

Okay I'm just about done with this thing. I wanna love it because there's a lot to love about it but my bodies keep disappearing and I have to keep rebuilding all my gear. It's wearing me thin. If it was an occasional thing I'd be okay with it but it's happening after nearly every death now. I'm not able to explore or do anything interesting because I have to constantly keep grinding to get my shit back. It's not fun.

The body is marked on the map by a little gravestone marker. If you mean that the corpse is not showing up when you arrive, try exiting and loading back in. This is a well known bug that happens occasionally, relogging fixes it. If you mean that it's despawning before you can even get to it, you gotta be faster, or else create waystations when you're far away from home so that if something does go wrong you can at least respawn closer.

I don't even get the gravemarkers anymore. They just stopped appearing. Not that they ever helped much in the first place. I'm just gonna start doing the Dark Souls thing where you quit the app as you're dieing. Fuck it.
