The good folks who are developing Devil Whiskey, that Bard's-Tale-Remake-That-Isn't-Actually-A-Bard's-Tale-Remake, have updated their page with more information. I'll let Geordus Wordweaver do the talking, because nobody, but nobody weaves words like the Wordweaver.

Greetings again, faithful fans! I'm sorry, but although new screenshots were promised in a recent mail to our fan list, I have not had the time to prepare them. Rest assured, however, that they will be updated before week's end! I'm happy to report that we are still on target for a demo release by the 31st of this month - less than a week away! We've begun testing our final release candidates, and are truly excited about being able to distribute even a piece of our game!
There have frequently been questions regarding internationalization - we will soon update the FAQ with the relevant information, but the general answer is that initially, only an English version will be available, primarily because there are parts of the game that don't lend themselves to translation (in a technical way). We will be working on making internationalization more possible, and hope to have both German and French versions available at some time in the future. Rest assured, if you purchase the English version and wish to change languages when others are available, it will not cost anything. We are, after all, doing this for you, our fans! Any questions or comments, of course, are welcome. We will be ready almost before you know it! Keep your eyes here!

Meanwhile, what the heck are our old friend Brian Fargo and the folks at inXile doing?
