Wasn't there a demo for the original?

In any case, kudos for releasing a demo even if it is a little late...

The similarly large ego draconis demo was pretty underwhelming, I would've picked the beginning of the orobas fjords for the new one so you could try out dragon form and whatnot.

What the fuck, my firewall showed an incoming connection alert with the Lariant site trying to connect to "system". What are they trying to do?

They have that DRM deal where you have a serial code that they register with their site. Even on Steam.

Demo's still exist eh?

Rather very late but oh well, something is better than nothing -- though I imagine it might have helped them if it was released earlier.

Anyway, game was very good.

That's not that bad for a game like Div 2. I saw some ARPG called 'Loki' for $2.50 during the Steam sale that looked halfway decent and I was going to try the demo... but it was 2.5-3 gig. Not that my connection is terrible but the d/l rates were obviously horrible during the high traffic of the sales.

Loki was quite awful, your luck that you didn't bother.

And yeah, it's a great move with the demo, I directed a few people to it already.
