so my headcannon is about to shoot:
in my headcannon the Sleeper from 111 creates a portal and then the dog is sheogorath and they open a portal to tamriel and begin the events of oblivion because when people enter the portal they are turned into deadra with the warp magics. urinal septic is kill and the rest is history as you know it. there is also deadric gods involved but you don't really see them in game much because they are computers mostly.
