Would you consider a character with Str 6/10 strong? Joff's response is correct, btw.

Allow INT to be lowered to 3 (unlike other skills, minimum capped at 4).

I don't have anything to add on the real subject at hand though.

Does anybody really play games all the way through picking the dumb options? It seems like something you can get a kick out of for a bit, but then restart and play with your real character.
