From Zitchas yesterday on the Discord server:
1) Find your save file, and open it in a pure text editor (aka notepad, notepad++, or similar) 2) Search through your save until you find the mission section. It will have lots of lines that look kind of like: (NOTE: "FW Albatross" is NOT the missions you need to deal with. This is just an example.)
"FW Albatross 1: done"
"FW Albatross 1: offered"
"FW Albatross 2: done"
"FW Albatross 2: offered"
3) Basically, if a mission has been offered to you, it is recorded with the : offered ending. An active one will have : active, and likewise for declined, failed, done, etc.
4) You'll have to do some searching through the data files to figure out which exact mission(s) you need to delete; but it basically boils down to deleting all the missions that came after the decision point, back to and including the mission that had the decision in it. You'll want to delete back to the mission before the decision point. Go two prior if there's confusion about it.
5) Find out where you need to go in order to trigger the mission again. Note: If there's no decisions involved (as is the case here), then simply deleting the 'offered' and 'declined' lines for that mission will suffice. No need to go back any farther.
