So I haven't been on the Epic launcher in a while, and after an update today I get this within seconds of starting the launcher, and once this appears there's no way to access any other functionality in the launcher:

I'm not particularly keen on installing even more spyware for social features that I will never use. Is there a way to use the launcher without EOS? It would be nice if there was a way to block the message from appearing, but I have a feeling there isn't.
