Inspired by Admrial Jimbob's SI let's play, and the general hype about Skyrim, I have decided to give up my sanity provide the Kodex with a Skyrim let's play! Unlike Baronjohns LP, my char will actually fight, showing the combat animations in all their derpy glory.

Since I'm too lazy, I'm gonna need you guys to make a decent character build. So make your character builds! State your name, your race and playstyle (focus on magic, swords or bows etc.)

And when the time is right (When Skyrim unlocks in Europe), we shall become a dragon start this LP!

It seems the Empire continues to be as monstruously corrupt as ever. In Oblivion the guards could (and would) kill an old woman for stealing a piece of bread, here they're trying to kill a random stranger, just for being at the wrong place at the wrong time.

02 - The tale of Ducky Momo

This is my story, I was just making a brief visit to Skyrim, I don't even remember why, but as soon as I went past the border, I got picked on by the Imperials who took me to Helgen, I was to be executed!. I almost got killed by a Dragon! Can you believe it, nobody's seen a dragon since well... A long time!

Luckily, I escaped along with another survivor of the Imperial Legion, Hadvar

That's the begining of my tale, the tale of Ducky Momo, the pink lizard (Friends just call me Dumo)

Hadvar and I made it to Riverwood, a small town owned by Witherun hold. Hadvar's uncle lived here.

He told us to inform the Jarl of Wtherun of the dragon attack on Helgen. I agreed to deliver the message.

Before I left Riverwood though, I wanted to make sure I was well equipped. As I entered the local shop, two humans were having an argument.

The owner told me some thieves had stolen a golden claw from his shop. I agreed to get it back cuz, hey free loot anyone?

Bleak falls Barrow was located atop of a mountain, boy I sure hope the weather is good up there...

...Turns out it wasn't. However I spotted some bandits hiding in the nearby tower.

I showed no mercy

Eventually, I made it to Bleak falls but I had some more bandits to kill

Once inside, I decided to go for a more stealthier approach

In ya face!

Turns out bandits were not the only thing hiding there.

Soon, I found the bandit leader, trapped in the web of a giant spider

Since he wasn't able to jump or lunge at me, the fight was very easy.

Once I released him however, he made a run for it.

When do these guys ever learn

The rest of the barrow was filled with Draugr

I decided that it would be best if I sneaked past them.

I then encountered a large door with some strange symbols

Rather than just trying some combinations and screaming frustrated at the door like some kind of newfag, I used my brain and solved the puzzle.

My attention was drawn to the large stone wall. It seemed to.. call me

I suddenly felt stronger... more majestic than ever before.

Danger wasn´t over yet though.

With Lucan satisfied I began my preparations for my trip to Witherun. My adventure´s only just begun!

I always sneak-kill the torturer's assistant - he seems begging for it when retreating to that cell - and then rape the shit out of the head torturer. Hadvar doesn't seem to mind introducing a murderous psychopath to his relatives anyway and that's some easy XP and two chestpieces to sell for early cash.

Killing the assistant is creepily satisfying, especially when he goes "forget the old man, I'll come wi-" and the throat-slitting animation kicks in. Doesn't always work but when it does - it's fun.

Damn, Argonians look pretty fugly in Skyrim. Not nearly as cool as in MW.

I'll try to make some looking decent once I get to play the 'demo'. Else it'll be a Khajiit - they look serviceable. If I had to play something more humanoid, I'd play a Nord - at last they look like Nords again rather than like bumbling retards.
Orcs, OTOH look even more retarded than they did.
