Yeah, that's bound to happen in Isoroku's route. Unless you play really slow. If you have Houjou Soun you can easily get rid of the faggot but I guess you want that 5-lev x X-times bonus for K-fag. In this route it's not really necessary.

Otherwise, there's nothing you can do but do bear this loss like a man and honour the picked unit's death by subsequently slicking the faggot's balls off. Well, maybe except for reload?

Even though we have been cockblocked we still get 1 satisfaction point.

We also get an upgrade for Nozomi.

Earlier in battle I noticed that Senhime has a low defence, this should help her.

Rance also gets better thanks to the item from the turn earlier.

So we are going to war, again. I decided to attack Mouri because to tell you the truth, the Takeda are a horribly rowdy bunch.

Lets just check our ero-diary. 237 is not bad if you take into consideration that I still have a lot of territories to Rape&Pilage™.

Heh, Honda joined with Houjou. I got somewhat lucky in my playthrough, managing to capture all the key Tokugawa commanders. That was also before the last big fights, so in the end it was just Ieyasu showing up for the hell of it, with a few puny commanders.
