Now we are talking. “Battle Permits” are the shit. We will talk about them in a moment.

The reason why I recruited Komatsu in the turn earlier was simply (contrary to your speculations) to fill in the 30 Commander limit. By doing this I’m making it impossible for another Commander to join. That’s it. I want to clear Maria, for that I have to pick her event. If I do it with enough NP a “Cannon” unit will be recruited. I don’t need that.

Now finally we can take disturb those Permits.

There are five of them, one for a: Warrior, Foot, Ninja, Tactic and Diviner.

Ai got additional troops so she can reach 1000 troops. Simply saying a unit with a permit can conquer one strong-point. This happens as soon as I press “End Turn”. You will see this in action in the next update.

Couldn't you have simply taken the cannon unit they gave you and disbanded it for monies?

Does the success rate of the battle permits actually depend on the commander's stats? I don't think I've every actually seen the commander fail, and the amount of units that need to be healed seems completely random.

sorry to jump on the bandwagon WW, but you really should've recruited someone other than Konatsu, as you can get a +5 Sat event if you let her rot in prison for a while. and never say no to easy Satisfaction!

and no, i don't think it's possible to fail with a permit against someone other than the demon army (oh well, Uesugi with their night raids are another exception, but it's got nothing to do with chance).

I haz question concerning the mouri family. According to the alicesoft wiki, I need Ryouma (the dickgirl), then I need to watch a purple event in Izuma and THEN finish 7 levels or so and fight a boss in the Izuma Dungeon in order to lift Mouri's curse.

I'm not getting any such purple event, do I need to have all of the Takuga family characters hired or something ?

Also, yes, you totally should've left komatsu in prison. :3

I want to say I got the purple event when they were down to 1 territory, but that may not be true. It might also have been after I increased Ryouma's affection once.

Turns last an indefinite period of time. After all, you can walk up and down the country and take over 3 major towns in a turn.

At least in my case, the dungeon vanishes after certain # of turns has passed :/

As you can see (right-low, there you blind faggots) our first Ind-Unit starts a retake of a strong-point (in our territory) that I let Houjou conquer some time ago.

He won but as you can see, it’s not written anywhere.

Now the Kid attacks one of the Mouri strong-points in their territory.

The “west” territory.

Again we win. I think…

The same goes for the three other Commanders. The final outcome is that Houjou is down to one strong-point in their last territory. The Mouri are in the same situation, the only difference is that they have two territories left.

Unfortunately as soon as my Ind-Units end their assault it’s Mouri’s turn to counter-attack. So we get thins lovely event.

I hate automated defeat. So the enemy managed to take back one strong-point in the “west” territory.
