Friend sent me links to a podcast talking about it and a link to the actual legal filling over it by Luke Gygax.

This would be for the stuff from Gygax personal binder and releases like Lejendary Adventures (long since out of print) and such.

I wonder why Luke sat on this will till now or is this going to be one of those soap opera style surprise finds.
