That later one... Forgotten Sands?... was mostly hated for the always online DRM it had at the time, but it's far from a bad game. Basically Sands of Time but with better graphics. I believe the DRM was toned down or removed, so might be worth looking at.

Forgotten sands is a much easier version of the Sands of Times games. I'd say, if you liked the Sands of Times trilogy especially the characters and story, give it a go because it's canon to the trilogy anyway.

I personally don't like the fact that it's combat was more god of war-like than the previous games, but the POP games never had good combat. Sands of times combat is too easy and used to break from constant platforming, but it doesn't combine platforming and combat like the later games do.

They also slightly changed how the time rewind powers worked which I really didn't like. There's an inherent lag to to when you press the button and when it activates, and iirc it isn't as flexible with how much you can rewind.

Which games should i get from the russian promo ?
If you want something not obvious, King's Bounty is good. If you want something fairly unique, Etherlords 2 (not 1) and Evil Islands. Eador: Genesis is good if you've already played the Heroes and Age of Wonders series.

That "Seven" games goes on sale every other week it feels like. In theory it should be up my alley... stealth and RPG mixed together in sci-fi world... but something about it just turns me off in gameplay videos.

Bannar Saga Trilogy is good. The only other one I've played on the list is AOD, and it pisses all over that from a great height.
