It did for me, pretty recently. I got a Steam update that the game was being sold for 12 euros or something. But after reading Steam reviews, the discussions, and talking to JarlFrank (who owns it), I just said fuck it. Still not clear what I would be getting.

i already own hitman (listed 68 gb) and hitman 2 (14? wtf?). apparently h3 brings innovations and lets them used in the previous titles. i have absolutely no intention of buying it and i'm going full tortuga with no remorse. that's how their jewery worked.

This reminds me how I rewrote H3 as TV series, Diana was buried alive because that black female wanted her job.

There was even explanation of that barcode.

And there was a happy crowbar song.

Then in ending subtitles there were group of underpaid doctors with roentgens of fractured skulls who were singing second part about how hard is to repair the result of non lethal take down by crowbar.
