Hello. If you are new to our community it might be hard to fit it at the beginning but if you follow a few rules you will be well liked.
1. Post in proper forums. If it's Bioware game, Skyrim or Diablo then it belongs to cRPG discussion.
2. Be funny. Funny pics and a large amount of one liners are accepted especially if you try to put any kind of joke in them. Be sure to post a lot of emoticons to be understood because it's hard to show emotions over the internet.
3. If you are called Drog's alt, Liberal or Andhaira that means you're doing quite good so far. It is kind of a meme of ours to call some new members like that. It comes from the olde times when our forum had a few great and intelligent individuals who posted really interesting and/or funny posts. If you remind us of them you might be called their alt but no one thinks you actually are an alt.
4. Report. If someone is really mean to you then you should report him to our moderation which works hard to keep our community friendly and at bay.
5. If you would like to share your opinion about certain game you don't have to look for a topic about that game, you may create a new thread. It is quite common for everyone to make a fresh topic to make sure everyone will read it, otherwise it could be lost in the comments of another one.
6. If you don't like someone then put him on an ignore list, this way you will make this place a bit more friendly. It is popular between codexers to ignore each others, it shows their wit of filtering unnecessary spam.
7. General discussion is the place to start your adventure with the codex, you will find a lot of interesting topics in there and you will meet many interesting people who will help you in a kindest possible way. (Unfortunately, GD is locked for new members now)
8. If you have any technical problem, like you don't know how to insert a sound card into a PC or how to reinstall Windows, you don't need to make a new topic, instead send a PM to our professional IT specialist, Crispy.
9. If you have any problem with certain user or with moderation in general be sure to notify DarkUnderlord about it. He sometimes doesn't read messages so you should send him at least three to notice you.
10. If somehow for any reason you feel like you do not fit in here, that doesn't mean you have to give up RPG forums. There's another place called http://rpgwatch.com/ which warmly welcomes everyone.
Thank you for registering and I hope you will have a good time on our forum.
